Comparison Between Double Tract Anastomosis and Esophagogastrostomy After Radical Proximal Gastrectomy...
Gastric CancerGastroEsophageal CancerThe patients with upper gastric cancer (cT1N0M0) or gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (diameter less than 4 cm) will be enrolled into this study. Each of these patients will undergo radical proximal gastrectomy and be randomly allocated into one of the two groups, double tract anastomosis group or esophagogastrostomy group. The following data will be collected to compare the difference between the two reconstruction methods: the rate of reflux esophagitis, postoperative quality of life, economic expenditure, the safety of operation, postoperative recovery, postoperative nutrition status and oncological effect. Through the comprehensive analysis, the result of this study will elucidate the best of the reconstruction method after proximal gastrectomy.
Herzuma-capecitabine/Cisplatin for Gastric Cancer
HER-2 Positive Gastric CancerMetastatic CancerStomach cancer is the fifth largest cancer in the world. Despite many combinations of studies, metastatic stomach cancer shows a median survival period of 10 to 12 months. According to a report in Korea in 2010, 17 % of cancer patients had over-expression of human epidemiology growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2). And Using of Trastuzumab reported better results.Herzuma® is the Trastuzumab biosimilar (Biosimilar) cloned antibody. In this study, the investigators want to prospectively analyze the effects and side effects of Herzuma® in gastric or gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.

Gastric CancerRandomized Controlled StudyThe study is a multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled clinical study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of apatinib combined with chemotherapy versus chemotherapy in second-line gastric cancer receiving prior anti-PD-1 therapy.
Laparoscopic Versus Open Gastrectomy With Splenic Hilum Lymph Nodes Dissection
Gastric CancerSplenic hilum remains challenging during total gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy. The application of minimally invasive surgery for advanced gastric cancer is gaining popularity. The investigators aim to compare the safety and feasibility of LTG and OTG for advanced proximal gastric cancer.
Perioperative Chemotherapy Combined With HIPEC for High-risk Advanced Gastric Cancer
SurvivalThe investigators intend to conduct a randomized controlled study to find if combining HIPEC (hyperthermic intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy) with post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy D2 resection could improve survival for patients with advanced gastric cancer, while comparing with the traditional approach of D2 resection after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Endoscopic Full Thickness Resection of Gastric Subepithelial Tumors (FROST)
Gastric NeoplasmsGastrointestinal Stromal TumorsProspective observational trial. A full thickness resection of gastric subepithelial tumors is performed after application of full thickness sutures underneath the tumor with the GERDX(TM) device. Hypothesis: This endoscopic method is feasible, effective and safe.
