This is a first-in-man, phase I clinical research study with BKM120, a potent and highly specific oral pan-class I phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor. The study consists of a dose escalation part followed by a MTD expansion part. Once the MTD has been defined, the MTD expansion part will be opened for enrollment.

A Phase I/II study of an in-situ therapeutic cancer vaccine. Vaccines contain a source of antigen and and adjuvant. In this study the source of tumor antigen comes from the killing of a selected tumor by cryoablation (killing using extreme cold) and the adjuvant is intentionally mis-matched immune cells (AlloStim-TM) engineered to produce inflammatory cytokines.

RATIONALE: Giving colony-stimulating factors, such as G-CSF help stem cells move from the patient's bone marrow to the blood so they can be collected and stored. Combination chemotherapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. PURPOSE: This randomized trial is studying the side effects and best dose of topotecan when given together with high-dose cyclophosphamide, and carboplatin followed by an autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplant in treating patients with recurrent ovarian cancer or primary peritoneal cancer.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the addition of cyclophosphamide to the treatment with the p53-SLP vaccine improves clinical efficacy and immunogenicity of the p53-SLP vaccine in ovarian cancer patients.

The purpose of this study is to determine the recommended dose of siltuximab monotherapy, in participants with solid malignant (cancerous) tumors (a mass in a specific area) and to estimate the clinical benefit of siltuximab monotherapy in participants with ovarian cancer and with Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS) mutant tumors.

This research study is for individuals who have advanced breast, colon, pancreatic, ovarian or bladder cancer. Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. is testing a form of immune therapy (vaccine) to see if it can be used to make the immune system attack the cancer. The study includes administration of additional treatments, in combination, thought to enhance the immune response effect. (CDX 1307-01)

This is non randomised, open label, dose finding, efficacy and safety study, enrolling patients with advanced (stage III and IV) ovarian cancer It will be conducted in two successive phases. Phase II has a two-step design

The study seeks to assess the safety, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and efficacy of belinostat (PXD101) administered in combination with carboplatin or paclitaxel or both in patients with solid tumours followed by maximum tolerated dose (MTD) expansion (phase II) in ovarian and bladder cancer patients The clinical trial is now in the MTD (phase II) portion of the study enrolling bladder cancer patients. Enrollment of ovarian patients is complete.

This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of the addition of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy to secondary debulking surgery in stage III ovarian cancer.
