A Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of BLS-ILB-E710c in Patients With Cervical Intraepithelial...
Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Grade 2/3This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of the experimental drug, BLS-ILB-E710c, in patients with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia 2/3 (CIN2/3). 2/3 of participants will receive the experimental drug, while 1/3 of participants will receive placebo.
Doxorubicin Hydrochloride Liposome in Treating Women With Ductal Carcinoma in Situ Undergoing Surgery...
Breast CancerRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying the side effects of doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome and to see how well it works in treating women with ductal carcinoma in situ undergoing surgery.
Fulvestrant or Tamoxifen in Treating Postmenopausal Women Who Are Undergoing Surgery for Ductal...
Breast CancerRATIONALE: Estrogen can cause the growth of breast cancer cells. Hormone therapy using fulvestrant or tamoxifen may fight breast cancer by blocking the use of estrogen by the tumor cells. Giving fulvestrant or tamoxifen before surgery may be an effective treatment for breast cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized clinical trial is studying how well giving fulvestrant or tamoxifen works in treating postmenopausal women who are undergoing surgery for ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast.
Imiquimod Treatment of High-grade CIN
Cervical Intraepithelial NeoplasiaThis multi-center, open-label, non-randomized controlled intervention study aims to investigate the treatment efficacy, side-effects and quality of life associated with imiquimod treatment of high-grade CIN lesions, as an alternative to surgical treatment by Large Loop Excision of the Transformation Zone (LLETZ). Non-surgical treatment may prevent side-effects associated with surgical treatment, such as premature birth in subsequent pregnancies. The study hypothesis is that approximately 75% of patients with high-grade CIN will be adequately treated with imiquimod. 120 women with a histological diagnosis of CIN2 or CIN3 will be included and allocated to one of two treatment arms according to their preference: Imiquimod treatment arm(60 patients). Patients in this group are treated with vaginal imiquimod 5% cream during 16 weeks. Standard treatment arm (60 patients). Patients in this group will undergo LLETZ treatment.
Axillary Reverse Mapping (ARM) Technique
Invasive Breast CancerDuctal Carcinoma in Situ of the BreastThe purpose of this pilot study is to compare a new surgical technique (axillary reverse mapping) to standard axillary surgery in patients diagnosed with invasive or in situ breast cancer.
The Use of Deep Inspiration Breath Hold and Prone Irradiation to Decrease Cardiac Radiation Exposure...
Breast CancerDuctal Carcinoma in Situ1 moreThis study aims to discover more about radiation techniques for people treated for left-sided breast cancer that minimizes exposure to the heart, as noted by mean heart dose.
Physical Cold Atmospheric Plasma for the Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia
Cervical Intraepithelial NeoplasiaCervical intraepithelial neoplasia will be treated with physical low temperature plasma in the plasma cohort compared to watchful waiting in the control cohort. Primary endpoint after 3-6 months: Pathological remission. Secondary endpoint: HPV remission.
A Chemoprevention Study of an Investigational Drug in Men With High Grade Prostate Intraepithelial...
Prostatic Intraepithelial NeoplasiaIf you are a male 30 years of age or older and have a positive diagnosis of high grade (II or III) prostate Intraepithelial Neoplasia (PIN) or have had an abnormal/suspicious prostate biopsy, you may be eligible for this study. This is a study of an investigational medication that may reduce high grade PIN and prevent the occurrence of prostate cancer. This study is currently enrolling up to 500 men at approximately 60 locations in the United States.
"Phase II Study of PET Guided Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy (NAC) and Oncotype Guided Hormonal Therapy...
Infiltrating Duct and Lobular Carcinoma In SituInvasive Lobular Breast Carcinoma1 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate a novel neoadjuvant regimen for invasive breast carcinoma by using the MD Anderson residual cancer burden score. To prospectively evaluate the utility of the PET scan to guide the neoadjuvant treatment and the utility of the Oncotype test as a stratifier for treatment decisons in ER+/Her2- patients. To evaluate the clinical anti-tumor activity of neoadjuvant hormonal therapy in ER+/Her2 negative patients. To evaluate the prognostic factors associated associated with pathological response as measured by the residual cancer burden tool.

Intestinal Epithelial DysplasiaTufting EnteropathyThis PHRC is centred on the intestinal epithelial dysplasia ( DEI) or " tufting enteropathy " or TE the clinical and histo-pathological descriptions of which are specified well to the digestive plan(shot).
