Non-Small Cell Lung CancerSmall Cell Lung CancerThis study has 2 parts: dose finding and dose confirmatory. In Part 1, the dose finding phase of the study, there will be 3 or more dosing levels to find out what dose of durvalumab administered as an infusion under the skin acts similarly to durvalumab administered into a vein. 24 participants with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer will be enrolled for a 12 month treatment period and 3 months follow up In Part 2, the dose confirmation phase of the study, participants will receive the dose of durvalumab identified in Part 1 of the study. The goal of Part 2 will be to learn more about the way that the body processes durvalumab when administered as an infusion under the skin. Approximately 90 participants with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer will be enrolled; additionally, up to 10 participants with Small Cell Lung Cancer (who will receive concurrent chemotherapy) will be enrolled for a 12 treatment period and a 3 month follow-up period.

Gastric AdenocarcinomaEsophageal Cancer14 moreThe primary objective in Phase I is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) as a single agent administered in 21-day treatment cycles in previously treated participants with advanced epithelial cancer. In Phase II, the primary objective is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of sacituzumab govitecan-hziy administered in 21-day treatment cycles at a dose selected in Phase I. Tumor types in the study will include: cervical, colorectal, endometrial, ovarian, esophageal, gastric adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma multiforme, head and neck cancers- squamous cell, hepatocellular, prostate, non-small-cell lung cancer, pancreatic, renal cell, small-cell lung cancer, non-triple negative breast cancer (non-TNBC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and metastatic urothelial cancer (mUC).
Pazopanib in Relapsed and Refractory Small Cell Lung Cancer
SCLCInvestigators propose to study the single agent activity of pazopanib in a Phase II trial of patients with relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer. Because these patients have very limited treatment options, use of an investigational agent in this patient population is supported by current National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines. Using correlative biologic studies to evaluate the anti angiogenic activity of pazopanib in the absence of concomitant chemotherapy will allow us to delineate the responses due to this drug and the effect on angiogenesis. Pazopanib dose has been determined to 800 mg once daily per the initial recommended dose approved by FDA and EMA, as monotherapy in advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma
