Liposomal Irinotecan in Combination With Oxaliplatin, Leucovorin, and 5-fluorouracil for Patients...

Locally Advanced Pancreatic Carcinoma(LAPC)

This is a phase II, single-arm, open-label, clinical study to investigate the efficacy and tolerability of a combination of liposomal irinotecan (nal-IRI) with oxaliplatin, leucovorin, and 5-fluorouracil (FOLFOX-nal-IRI) for treatment of patients with locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma (LAPC).

SHARON: A Clinical Trial for Metastatic Cancer With a BRCA or PALB2 Mutation Using Chemotherapy...

Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma MetastaticBRCA1 Mutation13 more

The clinical trial is a phase 1, single-arm trial that will evaluate the safety of the investigational treatment on metastatic cancer in patients who have a deleterious or suspected deleterious BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2 genetic alteration. The investigational treatment will involve 2 cycles of a combination of intravenous melphalan, BCNU, low-dose I.V. ethanol, vitamin B12b, and vitamin C in association with autologous hematopoietic stem cell infusion. A dose-escalation schedule will be employed for vitamin C.

Immunotherapy With IFx-Hu2.0 Vaccine for Advanced Non-melanoma Skin Cancers

Merkel Cell CarcinomaCutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma1 more

In this clinical phase I, non-randomized, open-label, uncontrolled, interventional, multi-center trial, 20 adult subjects (≥ 18 years of age) with advanced non-melanoma skin cancers will receive a fixed dose of 0.1 mg of IFx-Hu2.0 intralesionally as monotherapy in up to three lesions at up to three time points. Subjects will be observed for any acute adverse events (AEs) post injection and for any delayed AEs at Day 28, 35 and/or 42 ± 7 days, depending on the cohort (exposure escalation and expansion design).

Radiation Therapy for the Treatment of Metastatic Gastrointestinal Cancers

Stage IV Esophageal AdenocarcinomaStage IV Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma42 more

This phase II trial studies how well radiation therapy works for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer that are spreading to other places in the body (metastatic). Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. This trial is being done to determine if giving radiation therapy to patients who are being treated with immunotherapy and whose cancers are progressing (getting worse) can slow or stop the growth of their cancers. It may also help researchers determine if giving radiation therapy to one tumor can stimulate the immune system to attack other tumors in the body that are not targeted by the radiation therapy.

Trial of Nivolumab and Cetuximab After Chemoradiation in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Patients....

Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This is a phase II, open label, two-centered study for evaluation of the addition of nivolumab and cetuximab after chemoradiation as a neoadjuvant treatment for locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients. Subjects must have received no prior treatment for esophageal cancer (chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery) and no prior treatment with checkpoint inhibitors. Eligible subjects will receive induction chemotherapy with cetuximab for a period of 4 weeks, chemoradiation with cetuximab for a period of 6 weeks, 3 cycles of immunotherapy (nivolumab + cetuximab) for a period of 6 weeks, and will undergo surgery at the end of the treatment.

Osimertinib With or Without Bevacizumab as Initial Treatment for Patients With EGFR-Mutant Lung...

Advanced Lung Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Lung Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Carcinoma3 more

This phase III trial compares the effect of bevacizumab and osimertinib combination vs. osimertinib alone for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lungs (stage IIIB-IV) and has a change (mutation) in a gene called EGFR. The EGFR protein is involved in cell signaling pathways that control cell division and survival. Sometimes, mutations in the EGFR gene cause EGFR proteins to be made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells. This causes cancer cells to divide more rapidly. Osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking EGFR that is needed for cell growth in this type of cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving osimertinib with bevacizumab may control cancer for longer and help patients live longer as compared to osimertinib alone.

Carbon-Ion Radiotherapy Plus Camrelizumab for Locally Recurrent Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

The purpose of this trial is to examine the role of camrezlizumab in addition to carbon-ion radiotherapy (CIRT) for patients with locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma. According to the plan, a total of 146 patients will be recruited and randomized into: 1) CIRT alone group (control group); 2) CIRT plus camrelizumab group (experimental group).
