Castration-Resistant Prostate CarcinomaProstate Carcinoma Metastatic in the Bone1 more

This randomized phase II trial studies how well enzalutamide with or without radium Ra 223 dichloride in treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Enzalutamide is an androgen receptor inhibitor that may slow down the growth of prostate cancer by blocking the action of the male hormone testosterone and other male hormones called androgens. Radiation therapy uses high energy alpha particles to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Enzalutamide with or without radium Ra 223 dichloride may work better in treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer.

Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the results of treating patients with HPV-unrelated head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with neoadjuvant single-agent palbociclib, followed by chemoradiation (either cisplatin + IMRT or cetuximab + IMRT depending on patient characteristics), followed by adjuvant single-agent palbociclib.

IRX-2 Regimen and Durvalumab, for Incurable H&N Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Squamous Cell CarcinomaSquamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck6 more

The purpose of this study is to see if the IRX-2 regimen and Durvalumab, will have a tolerable safety profile and will increase the intratumoral immune profile compared with the pretreatment tumors.

Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaRecurrent Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma4 more

This phase II trial studies how well osimertinib, surgery, and radiation therapy work in treating patients with stage IIIB or IV non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutations. Osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving osimertinib, surgery, and radiation therapy may work better at treating non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutations.

Gemcitabine Hydrochloride and Cisplatin With or Without Nab-Paclitaxel in Treating Patients With...

Stage III Distal Bile Duct Cancer AJCC v8Stage III Gallbladder Cancer AJCC v815 more

This phase III trial studies how well gemcitabine hydrochloride and cisplatin given with or without nab-paclitaxel work in treating patients with newly diagnosed biliary tract cancers that have spread to other places in the body. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride, cisplatin, and nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not known if giving gemcitabine hydrochloride and cisplatin with or without nab-paclitaxel may work better at treating biliary tract cancers.

High-Risk Skin Cancers With Atezolizumab Plus NT-I7

MelanomaMerkel Cell Carcinoma1 more

The purpose of this study is to test whether the addition of NT-I7 to atezolizumab provides clinically meaningful outcomes for patients with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 naive or relapsed/refractory high-risk melanoma, Merkel Cell Carcinoma (MCC) and cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (cSCC)

Serial Measurements of Molecular and Architectural Responses to Therapy (SMMART) PRIME Trial

Accelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaBCR-ABL1 Positive55 more

This phase Ib trial determines if samples from a patient's cancer can be tested to find combinations of drugs that provide clinical benefit for the kind of cancer the patient has. This study is also being done to understand why cancer drugs can stop working and how different cancers in different people respond to different types of therapy.

A Study of Anti-PD-1 AK105 in Patients With Metastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

This is a multicenter, single-arm open-label, phase II study to evaluate the anti-tumor activity, safety, PK and immunogenicity of AK105 (Anti-PD1 antibody) in patients with metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma who have progressed after at least 2 prior lines of systemic chemotherapy (of which one of them must be platinum-based chemotherapy).

Grade I Neuroendocrine CarcinomaGrade II Neuroendocrine Carcinoma10 more

This phase II trial studies how well nivolumab and temozolomide work in treating patients with small-cell lung cancer that has come back or does not respond to treatment, or neuroendocrine cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab and temozolomide may work better in treating patients with small-cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine cancer.
