Photodynamic Therapy With HPPH Compared to Standard of Care Surgery in Treating Patients With Oral...
Stage I Oral Cavity Squamous Cell CarcinomaStage II Oral Cavity Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis randomized phase II clinical trial studies how well photodynamic therapy with HPPH works compared to standard of care surgery in treating patients with oral cavity cancer. Photodynamic therapy can destroy or control disease by using a combination of drug, such as HPPH, and light and may be as effective as surgery in treating patients with oral cavity cancer.

The Phase III Study of Icaritin Versus Sorafenib in PD-L1 Positive Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma...
Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)The primary efficacy index of this study is to compare the OS of the two groups.

Trial Evaluating Carbon Ion Radiotherapy With Concurrent Chemotherapy for Locally Recurrent Nasopharyngeal...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to determine the maximal tolerated dose (MTD) of re-irradiation using carbon ion radiotherapy (CIRT) along with concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of locally recurrent nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) and to evaluate the efficacy of such treatment at the MTD. Participants will be treated with CIRT with escalating dose regimens along with concurrent chemotherapy (40 mg/m^2, weekly) to evaluate the maximal tolerated dose (MTD) in terms of acute and subacute toxicity observed during and within 4 months after the completion of concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Once the MTD for locally recurrent NPC is determined, the MTD will be used as the recommended dose to patients fulfilling the inclusion criteria in the Phase II part of the trial.

Trial of Intratumoral Injections of TTI-621 in Subjects With Relapsed and Refractory Solid Tumors...
Solid TumorsMycosis Fungoides6 moreThis is a multicenter, open-label, phase 1 study conducted to test intratumoral injections of TTI-621 in subjects that have relapsed and refractory percutaneously accessible solid tumors or mycosis fungoides. The study will be performed in two different parts. Part 1 is the Dose Escalation phase and Part 2 is the Dose Expansion phase. The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety profile of TTI-621 and to determine the optimal dose and delivery schedule of TTI-621. In addition, the safety and antitumor activity of TTI-621 will be evaluated in combination with other anti-cancer agents or radiation.

Trial of Radiation and Gene Therapy Before Nivolumab for Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma...
Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma Stage IVNonsquamous Nonsmall Cell Neoplasm of Lung1 moreThis is a Phase II trial to determine the efficacy and safety of in situ gene therapy and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) used as a window of opportunity treatment before nivolumab in patients with metastatic squamous or non-squamous non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and metastatic uveal melanoma. In situ gene therapy will consist of adenovirus-mediated expression of herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase (ADV/HSV-tk) plus Valacyclovir therapy.

A Trial on SBRT After Incomplete TAE or TACE Versus Exclusive TAE or TACE For Treatment of Inoperable...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThe trial is a multicentre, prospective, randomised controlled, unblinded, parallel-group superiority trial of SBRT versus standard TAE/TACE for the curative treatment of inoperable HCC treated with a TAE/TACE incomplete cycle.

Safety and Efficacy Study of CC-122 Combined With Sorafenib for Primary Liver Cancer
CarcinomaHepatocellularCC-122-HCC-001 is a Phase 1b dose escalation and expansion clinical study of CC-122 in combination with sorafenib for subjects with unresectable HCC who have received no prior systemic therapy for HCC. The dose escalation phase of the study will explore several dose levels of CC-122 in combination with sorafenib, followed by an expansion part of the study using the optimal combination dose regimen.

Study of the Efficacy of SBRT on Unresectable Peripheral Primary Tumor
Non-small-cell Lung CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of stereotactic lung radiation therapy after concomitant radiochemotherapy for unresectable stage III non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) with peripheral primary tumor. Evaluate in terms of local control rate at 6 months the addition of stereotactic radiotherapy after concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of mediastinal non-resectable stage III NSCLC having a peripheral primary tumor. The number of patients required in this multicenter prospective study is 70. This is a prospective, multicenter, non comparative and non randomized study.

Efficacy and Safety Study of TLC388 to Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of TLC388 (Lipotecan) as a second line treatment in subjects with advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma.

KHK2455 (IDO Inhibitor) Plus Avelumab in Adult Subjects With Advanced Bladder Cancer
Urothelial CarcinomaThis is a two-part (dose-escalation, dose-expansion), multicenter, open-label Phase 1 study of KHK2455 in combination with avelumab in adult subjects with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (including bladder, urethra, ureters, and renal pelvis).
