BMS-986205 and Nivolumab as First or Second Line Therapy in Treating Patients With Liver Cancer...

Metastatic Hepatocellular CarcinomaStage III Hepatocellular Carcinoma AJCC v86 more

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of IDO1 inhibitor BMS-986205 (BMS-986205) when given together with nivolumab and how well it works as first or second line therapy in treating patients with liver cancer. BMS-986205 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving BMS-986205 and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with liver cancer.

Advanced or Metastatic Merkel Cell CarcinomaAdvanced or Metastatic Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma3 more

This is a phase 1b/2, open-label, two-part, multicenter trial designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and preliminary efficacy of intratumoral cavrotolimod injections alone and in combination with intravenous pembrolizumab or cemiplimab in patients with Merkel Cell Carcinoma, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, and advanced solid tumors. Phase 1b of this trial is a 3+3 dose escalation study evaluating escalating or intermediate dose levels of cavrotolimod given with a fixed dose of pembrolizumab. The Phase 2 dose expansion part of the study will consist of two primary cohorts of patients: Merkel cell carcinoma and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Patients in the Merkel Cell Carcinoma cohort will receive IT cavrotolimod combined with a fixed, standard dose of pembrolizumab while the Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma cohort will receive IT cavrotolimod combined with a fixed, standard dose of cemiplimab. The Phase 2 dose expansion is designed to provide a preliminary estimate of efficacy in patients that have progressed on an anti-PD-(L)1 CPI.

Renal Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

The main purpose of this study is to compare the objective response rate (ORR) and overall survival (OS) of bempegaldesleukin (NKTR-214: BEMPEG) combined with nivolumab to that of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) monotherapy (sunitinib or cabozantinib) in IMDC intermediate- or poor-risk patients and IMDC all-risk patients with previously untreated advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC).

Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaNasopharyngeal Neoplasms3 more

This is a multicenter, open-label, single-arm Phase 1B/2 study to assess the safety and efficacy of tabelecleucel in combination with pembrolizumab for the treatment of subjects with platinum-pretreated, recurrent/metastatic Epstein-Barr Virus-associated Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (EBV+ NPC).

Study of Oral Infigratinib for the Adjuvant Treatment of Subjects With Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma...

Upper Tract Urothelial CarcinomasUrothelial Bladder Cancer

This is a Phase 3 multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy of infigratinib (an oral targeted FGFR1-3 inhibitor) versus placebo, as adjuvant treatment following surgery in adult subjects with invasive urothelial carcinoma and susceptible FGFR3 genetic alterations (mutations, and gene fusions or rearrangements) who have disease that is considered at high risk for recurrence with surgery alone. The study enrolls subjects with either bladder cancer post radical cystectomy or upper tract urothelial cancer post distal ureterectomy and/or nephrectomy. Study treatment is randomized 1:1 between infigratinib or placebo with treatment up to 1 year or until invasive local, distal, or metastatic disease recurrence confirmed by independent imaging reviewer.

Dendritic Cell Immunotherapy Plus Standard Treatment of Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma

Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma

CMN-001 is an autologous, tumor antigen-loaded dendritic cell immunotherapy. The active components of CMN-001 are autologous, matured dendritic cells, which have been co-electroporated with both in vitro transcribed (IVT) RNA from an autologous tumor specimen and CD40L RNA. CMN-001 is indicated for treatment of intermediate/poor risk patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) in combination with nivolumab plus ipilimumab as first line therapy and in combination with lenvatinib plus everolimus as 2nd line therapy post 1st line failure.

Characterizing Chemo-Radiotherapy Treatment-Related Cardiac Changes

Clinical Stage 0 Esophageal Adenocarcinoma AJCC v8Clinical Stage 0 Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma AJCC v854 more

This trial studies cardiac changes after radiation or chemo-radiation for the treatment of lung or esophageal cancer that has not spread to other places in the body (non-metastatic) or has not come back (non-recurrent). Continuous cardiac monitoring with an implanted device may help to identify cardiac changes that would remain unnoticed, and facilitate the treatment of these early cardiac changes as part of standard care.

Dual TORC1/TORC2 Inhibitor ATG-008 (CC-223) in HBV Positive Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)...

Hepatocellular Carcinoma

This is an Asian multi-regional clinical trial (MRCT) in which ATG-008 will be administered orally to hepatitis B positive (HBV+) HCC subjects who have received at least one prior line of systemic therapy. It is designed as an open-label phase 2 trial evaluating the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, tolerability and efficacy of oral ATG-008 administered daily until the radiologic disease progression (according to RECIST 1.1) or intolerable toxicity.

NEUWAVE Flex Microwave Ablation System in the Ablation of Primary Soft Tissue Lesions of the Lung...

Cancer of LungCancer of the Lung7 more

Patients with medically inoperable primary soft tissue lesion of the lung will have transbronchial microwave ablation performed via transbronchial approach by an interventional pulmonologist or thoracic surgeon using CT imaging. Prior to the ablation procedure, the treating physician will use endobronchial ultrasound to confirm staging. Patients will be followed for one year following the ablation procedure for efficacy and safety.
