Papillary Renal Cell CarcinomaMulticenter, single arm, phase II study using a A'Hern single-stage procedure in patients with locally advanced or metastatic papillary renal cell carcinoma (PRCC) in first-line treatment.

RRx-001 in Lung Cancer, Ovarian Cancer and Neuroendocrine Tumors Prior to Re-administration of Platinum...
Small Cell CarcinomaCarcinoma3 moreThis study is designed to explore the potential of the epigenetic agent RRx-001 to sensitize patients who previously received and now have failed a platinum based doublet regimen. RRx-001 is administered with autologous blood once weekly followed by or in combination with reintroduction of platinum-based doublet therapy.

HepaSphere Interventional Therapy Using Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA) for Nasopharyngeal...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of HepaSphere interventional therapy using digital subtraction angiography(DSA) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Treatment of Peritoneal Carcinomatosis With Pressurized IntraPeritoneal Aerosol Chemotherapy -
Peritoneum; CarcinomatosisPeritoneal Neoplasms5 moreThis is a study, where the efficacy of Pressurized IntraPeritoneal Aerosol Chemotherapy (PIPAC) against peritoneal metastases will be evaluated. Furthermore, this study will focus on the best evaluation method, where both Quality of Life questionnaires, repeated histology, cytology and MRI will be used.

Study of Cemiplimab in Adults With Cervical Cancer
Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC)Recurrent or Metastatic1 moreThe primary objective is to compare overall survival (OS) for patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer who have histology of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and who have any eligible histology treated with either cemiplimab or investigator's choice (IC) chemotherapy. The secondary objectives performed among SCC patients and among all eligible histologies (SCC and adenocarcinoma/adenosquamous carcinoma (AC) are: To compare progression-free survival (PFS) of cemiplimab versus IC chemotherapy To compare objective response rate (ORR) (partial response [PR] + complete response [CR]) of cemiplimab versus IC chemotherapy per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1 To compare the duration of response (DOR) of cemiplimab versus IC chemotherapy To compare the safety profiles of cemiplimab versus IC chemotherapy by describing adverse events (AE) To compare quality of life (QOL) for patients treated with cemiplimab versus IC chemotherapy using the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30)

Sitravatinib and Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Kidney Cancer
Clear Cell Renal Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Kidney Carcinoma2 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects of sitravatinib and how well it works with nivolumab in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Sitravatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving sitravatinib and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with kidney cancer.

Pembrolizumab With or Without Elbasvir/Grazoprevir and Ribavirin in Treating Patients With Advanced...
BCLC Stage B Hepatocellular CarcinomaBCLC Stage C Hepatocellular Carcinoma9 moreThis phase I/II clinical trial studies the side effects of pembrolizumab with or without elbasvir/grazoprevir and ribavirin and to see how well they work in treating patients with liver cancer that has spread to other places in the body and does not respond to previous treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Elbasvir/grazoprevir and ribavirin may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving pembrolizumab in combination with elbasvir/grazoprevir and ribavirin may work better in treating patients with liver cancer than with pembrolizumab alone.

Bronchoscopy With Bronchoalveolar Lavage in Identifying Biomarkers of Response to Immune Checkpoint...
Non-Small Cell Lung CarcinomaSmall Cell Lung CarcinomaThis pilot clinical trial studies how well bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage works in identifying biomarkers of response to immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with non-small cell or small cell lung cancer. Bronchoscopy uses a thin, tube-like instrument inserted through the nose or mouth to view the inside of the trachea, air passages, and lungs. Bronchoalveolar lavage washes out the bronchi and alveoli by flushing with a fluid. Bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage may make it easier to help determine biomarkers that are more present in some cancers than others that will help determine which individuals have a greater or lesser chance of benefiting from immunotherapy.
