A Personal Cancer Vaccine (NEO-PV-01) w/ Nivolumab for Patients With Melanoma, Lung Cancer or Bladder...
Urinary Bladder CancerBladder Tumors7 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate if the treatment with NEO-PV-01 + adjuvant in combination with nivolumab is safe and useful for patients with certain types of cancer. The study also will investigate if NEO-PV-01 + adjuvant with nivolumab may represent a substantial improvement over other available therapies such as nivolumab alone. All eligible patients will receive NEO-PV-01 + adjuvant and nivolumab while on this trial.

Study of Safety and Tolerability of PDR001 in Combination With Sorafenib and to Identify the Maximum...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaA two part study to determine the maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended phase 2 dose of PDR001 in combination with sorafenib in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in first line. There will be a dose escalation part and a dose expansion part.

A Trial of Lenvatinib Plus Pembrolizumab in Participants With Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThis is an open-label Phase 1b study designed to evaluate the tolerability and safety of lenvatinib in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The study will evaluate objective response rate and duration of response by modified Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors (mRECIST) for HCC and Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) based on independent imaging review (IIR).

Durvalumab With or Without Tremelimumab in Treating Participants With Stage II-IVA Oropharyngeal...
Stage II Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma AJCC v6 and v7Stage III Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma AJCC v71 moreThis phase I trial studies how well durvalumab with or without tremelimumab works in treating participants with stage II-IVA oropharyngeal squamous cell cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab and tremelimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

Topical Remetinostat in Treating Patient With Cutaneous Basal Cell Cancer
Skin Basal Cell CarcinomaThis phase 2 trial studies how well remetinostat works in treating patients with skin basal cell cancer. Remetinostat may slow the growth of basal cell cancer cells.

Trial of Intravesical Measles Virotherapy in Patients With Bladder Cancer Who Are Undergoing Radical...
Urothelial CarcinomaThis is a Phase 1 study designed to test the tolerability and feasibility of intravesical therapy with an attenuated Measles virus (MV-NIS) in patients with urothelial carcinoma who are undergoing radical cystectomy but are ineligible or do not desire neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

PD-1 in Patients With Advanced Basal Cell Carcinoma Who Experienced Progression of Disease on Hedgehog...
CarcinomaBasal CellThe primary objective is to estimate the objective response rate (ORR) for metastatic Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) (group 1) and for unresectable locally advanced BCC (group 2) when treated with cemiplimab as a monotherapy

Phase 1/2 Study of Tivozanib in Combination With Nivolumab in Subjects With RCC
CarcinomaRenal CellThis study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, dose-limiting toxicities, MTD, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of tivozanib in combination with nivolumab in subjects with metastatic renal cell cancer. This will use a standard '3+3' dose-escalation trial design. A cohort of 3 subjects will be enrolled at each dose level. If 1 of 3 subjects experiences a DLT during Cycle 1, that dose level will be expanded to 6 subjects. If 0 of 3 or ≤ 1 of 6 subjects experience a DLT during Cycle 1, escalation to the next dose will occur. If ≥ 2 of 6 subjects experience a DLT during Cycle 1, dose escalation will stop and the prior dose will be considered the MTD. This is a validated trial design for Phase 1 trials. Following completion of the dose-escalation cohorts and determination of MTD, an expansion cohort of up to 20 subjects may be enrolled at MTD to further evaluate safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of tivozanib in combination with nivolumab in the same target population.

Testing Afatinib in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the...
CarcinomaNon-Small-Cell LungThe main objective is to assess the efficacy of afatinib in combination with pembrolizumab, as measured by objective response (OR) in patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous NSCLC who progressed during or after first line platinum-based treatment. The secondary objectives are to confirm the RP2D, assess the safety profile, and the secondary measures of clinical efficacy including disease control (DC), duration of objective response (DoR), progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and tumour shrinkage.

Phase II Trial Evaluating the Efficacy of Palbociclib in Combination With Carboplatin for the Treatment...
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and NeckThe purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness (how well the drug works), safety, and tolerability of the investigational drug combination of palbociclib (Ibrance) plus carboplatin in patients with metastatic head and neck squamous cell cancer.
