Hepatocellular CarcinomaAdjuvant TherapyThis is an open label, multi-center, phaseⅡstudy to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TACE sequential tislelizumab as adjuvant therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients who are at high risk of recurrence after curative resection.
Camrelizumab Plus Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy vs Camrelizumab Alone For Oligometastatic Nasopharyngeal...
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaWe intend to compare the efficacy and safety of immunotherapy plus stereotactic body radiotherapy at oligometastatic lesions and immunotherapy alone among patients with oligometastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma whose primary lesion has been well controlled after radical local-regional treatment through this multicenter randomized phase 3 trial.
Hepatic Artery Infusion Chemotherapy (HAIC) Plus Durvalumab for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaHepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) and anti-programmed cell death protein-1ligand (PD-L1) immunotherapy have shown promising outcomes in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), respectively. However, the combination of the two treatments has not been reported. In this study, we will evaluate the the overall survival (OS)、efficacy and safety in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (Ad-HCC) with portal vein embolism who are undergoing hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) of oxaliplatin, fluorouracil/leucovorin (FOLFOX) treatment combined with anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy (Durvalumab) by designing an open, single-arm phase II clinical study.

Solid TumorNon Small Cell Lung Cancer3 moreThis is a phase I, First-in-Human (FIH), open-label study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK) profile, and preliminary efficacy of AB248 as monotherapy OR in combination with pembrolizumab in adult participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study will consist of a dose escalation and a dose expansion stage.
Combination Therapy of HAIC, Sintilimab and Bevacizumab for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThis is a single-arm, exploratory study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HAIC in combination with sintilimab and bevacizumab in the first line treatment of patients with BCLC-C hepatocellular carcinoma.
Camrelizumab Combined With Apatinib Mesylate and TACE in the Perioperative Treatment of Hepatocellular...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaImmunotherapy1 moreHepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common primary liver cancer. Hepatectomy is a curable and effective method. However, the recurrence rate is as high as 50%~70% in 5 years after surgery. Perioperative treatment with immunotherapy combined with target therapy is expected to improve the patient's prognosis. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of camrelizumab combined with apatinib mesylate in the perioperative period of resectable hepatocellular carcinoma. The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate recurrence-free survival (RFS) of camrelizumab combined with apatinib mesylate in the perioperative period of hepatocellular carcinoma (CNLC Ib-IIIa). The secondary research purpose is to evaluate the R0 resection rate, the rate of subjects with major pathological response, the rate of subjects with pathological complete response, event-free survival (EFS), overall survival and 12-months recurrence-free survival of camrelizumab combined with apatinib mesylate in the perioperative period of resectable hepatocellular carcinoma. The safety and tolerability is also evaluated.
BGT007 Cell Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Nasopharyngeal CarcinomaThis is an exploratory study to evaluate the safety and preliminary effectiveness of BGT007 cells in the treatment of recurrent/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma
SABR-CaRe in Early Stage Breast Cancer
Anatomic Stage 0 Breast Cancer AJCC v8Anatomic Stage 1 Breast Cancer AJCC v823 moreThis phase II trial studies the effect of calorie reduction while undergoing stereotactic ablative radiation therapy in treating patients with breast cancer. Stereotactic ablative radiation therapy (sABR) is a highly focused radiation treatment that gives an intense dose of radiation concentrated on a tumor, while limiting the dose to the surrounding organ. Giving SABR before surgery may make the tumor smaller. Adding dietary restrictions in combination with radiation therapy may help increase local control and decrease the spread of the cancer to other places in the body. The purpose of this trial is to identify if there is a decrease in tumor tissue in patients undergoing caloric restriction during pre-operative SABR, compared to patients undergoing pre-operative SABR alone.
