Efficacy and Safety of Activated T Lymphocytes (ATL) in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThis is an open-label, single arm, multicenter, Phase II clinical study to investigate the efficacy and safety profiles of autologous ATL administration in HCC patients after curative treatment. Among all the eligible patients, ratio of 7:2:1 for Stage I:II:IIIa of the HCC will be the enrolled strategy of the study to reflect the results of the previous study (Lee, Lee et al. 2015).

CarcinomaRecurrent and/or Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis is a Phase 2, open-label, multicenter, single-arm study of NRC-2694-A in combination with paclitaxel in patients with R/M HNSCC with progression on or after ICI therapy. A total of approximately 46 male and female patients will be enrolled. This sample size is based on Simon's 2-stage design with historical control ORR of 30% and a target ORR of 50%.

Head and Neck CancerThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination of retifanlimab plus INCAGN02385 and retifanlimab plus INCAGN02385 and INCAGN02390 compared with retifanlimab alone as first-line treatment in PD-L1-positive and systemic therapy-naive recurrent/metastatic (R/M) squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN).

Peritoneal CarcinomatosisPeritoneal Metastases6 moreThe PIPAC NAL-IRI study is designed to examine the maximal tolerated dose of nanoliposomal irinotecan (Nal-IRI, Onivyde) administered with repeated pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy (PIPAC), in a monocentric, phase I trial.
A Study of RC48-ADC Combined With Toripalimab For First-line Treatment of Urothelial Carcinoma
Urothelial CarcinomaHER2-expressingThis is a Phase 3, Open-Label, Multicenter, Randomised, Controlled Study designed to compare RC48-ADC in Combination With JS001 to Chemotherapy Alone in Previously Untreated HER2-Expressing Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma.
Tislelizumab and Radiotherapy for Recurrent Cervical Cancer
Recurrent Cervical CarcinomaMetastatic Cervical Carcinoma8 moreThis study is a prospective, multicenter, phase II clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of albumin-bound paclitaxel plus bevacizumab for platinum-resistant recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. Patients with platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer who meet the inclusion criteria, and don't meet any of the exclusion criteria, are enrolled in the study. They will receive albumin-bound paclitaxel (260 mg/m2) and bevacizumab (7.5mg/kg) intravenously every 21 days. The total treatment periods are no more than 6 cycles. Treatment continue until disease progression, intolerable toxicity, or patient refusal. Objective response rates primary objective. Progression-free survival, overall survival, and safety are secondary objectives. The study will enroll a total of 50 patients.
A Clinical Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Alpha DaRT224 for the Treatment of Patients...
Recurrent Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis is a multi-center clinical study enrolling up to 86 participants. The primary objectives are to determine the objective response rate (ORR) established by the confirmed best overall response (BOR) following intratumoral administration of DaRT - Diffusing Alpha-Emitters Radiation Therapy, as well as to assess the Duration of Response (DOR) 6 months from initial response. Secondary objectives are to assess the safety of DaRT, and to assess the progression free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), Overall Duration of Response (O-DOR), local control and quality of life (QOL) for patients treated with DaRT.

Ribociclib, Tucatinib, and Trastuzumab for the Treatment of HER2 Positive Breast Cancer
Anatomic Stage II Breast Cancer AJCC v8Anatomic Stage IIA Breast Cancer AJCC v818 moreThis phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of ribociclib, tucatinib, and trastuzumab for the treatment of HER2 positive breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), and then compares the effect of ribociclib, tucatinib, trastuzumab with or without fulvestrant to docetaxel, carboplatin, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab (standard of care) for the treatment of early stage breast cancer before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy). Ribociclib and tucatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Trastuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches itself to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When trastuzumab attaches to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Pertuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Estrogen can cause the growth of breast tumor cells. Fulvestrant blocks the use of estrogen by the tumor cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as docetaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ribociclib, tucatinib, and trastuzumab with or without fulvestrant before surgery may make the tumor smaller and may reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.
