The Impact on Hepatic Recurrence After Adjuvant Chemotherapy With Intraarterial Infusion of Idarubicin-Lipiodol...

Hepatocellular Carcinoma

The aim of this study is to test whether the realization of 3 courses of intra-arterial chemotherapy of idarubicin-lipiodol without embolization, administered non-selectively in the hepatic artery, following the percutaneous tumour ablation of a hepatocellular carcinoma, could constitute an effective adjuvant treatment to reduce the rates of local and intrahepatic distant recurrence and thus improve the survival without hepatic progression.

T-DM1 With or Without Abemaciclib for the Treatment of HER2-Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer

Anatomic Stage IV Breast Cancer AJCC v8HER2 Positive Breast Carcinoma2 more

This phase II trial studies how well T-DMI with or without abemaciclib works for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). T-DM1 is a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug called DM1. Trastuzumab attaches to HER2 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers DM1 to kill them. Abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving T-DM1 and abemaciclib may work better in treating patients with breast cancer compared to T-DM1 alone.

A Clinical Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of HLX10 in Combination With HLX04 Versus Sorafenib...

Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

This study is a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, phase III clinical study to compare the efficacy and safety of HLX10 + HLX04 vs Sorafenibas as the First-line Treatment in Patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic HCC Eligible subjects in this study will be randomized to Arm A or Arm B at 2:1 ratio as follows: Arm A (treatment group): HLX10 + HLX04 Arm B (control group): sorafenib Randomization is stratified by: region (Asia (excluding Japan) vs. others), HBV infection vs. HCV infection vs. no HBV or HCV infection, portal vein invasion or/and extrahepatic spread (with vs.without), and ECOG (0 vs. 1).

Enzalutamide and Decitabine in Treating Patients With Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer...

Castration Levels of TestosteroneCastration-Resistant Prostate Carcinoma7 more

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of decitabine and how well it works when given together with enzalutamide in treating patients with castration resistant prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Androgen can cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Drugs, such as enzalutamide, may lessen the amount of androgen made by the body. Decitabine may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving decitabine and enzalutamide may work better in treating participants with castration resistant prostate cancer.

Re-irradiation With NBTXR3 in Combination With Pembrolizumab for the Treatment of Inoperable Locoregional...

Recurrent Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaUnresectable Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This phase II trial studies the effect of re-irradiation with NBTXR3 in combination with pembrolizumab in treating patients with head and neck squamous cell cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (inoperable) and has come back (recurrent). NBTXR3 is a drug that is designed to improve the effectiveness (how well something works) of radiation therapy. The drug is injected into a tumor and activated (turned on) by radiation. Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Radiation therapy, such as intensity modulated radiation therapy or intensity modulated proton therapy, uses high energy to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving NBTXR3 activated by radiation together with pembrolizumab may help to control head and neck squamous cell cancer.

Panitumumab and Pembrolizumab in Combination With Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for the Treatment of...

Anatomic Stage III Breast Cancer AJCC v8Anatomic Stage IIIA Breast Cancer AJCC v811 more

This phase II trial tests whether panitumumab and pembrolizumab in combination with standard of care chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant) works to shrink tumors in patients with stage III-IV triple negative breast cancer. Panitumumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, carboplatin, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving panitumumab and pembrolizumab in combination with neoadjuvant chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells in patients with triple negative breast cancer.
