Tele-dermatology of Skin Cancer in a Cohort of Local Health Authority Employees in the Province...
ErysipelasImpetigo8 moreThe purpose of this study is to demonstrate the validity and utility of a tele-dermatology system in the midterm periodic screening of non-widespread skin lesions of recent onset or for which a specialized early classification is deemed to change the prognosis - including precancerous skin lesions as well as melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers - compared to control visits at fixed follow-up.

Zirconium-89-girentuximab PET/CT Imaging in Renal Cell Carcinoma
Renal Cell CarcinomaGirentuximab is an antibody against Carbonic Anhydrase IX (CAIX), an antigen that is expressed on the cell surface of 95% of clear cell RCC (ccRCC). Zr-89-girentuximab PET/CT (Positron Emission Tomography) may be a valuable imaging technique in the diagnosis of patients with RCC. The aim of the present study is to show the impact of the Zr-89-girentuximab PET/CT on the clinical management of ccRCC patients.

Resection Versus Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization for Hepatocellular Carcinoma With Solitary...
CarcinomaHepatocellular1 moreThis clinical trial aims to compare hepatectomy with Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE) for Hepatic Cellular Cancer With Solitary Huge Tumor (≥5cm). All patients will be divided into two group. One group will receive hepatic resection, while an another equivalent group patients will be treated with Transarterial Chemoembolization.

Diagnostic Accuracy of Optical Coherence Tomography in Upper Urinary Tract Urothelial Carcinoma...
Transitional Cell Carcinoma of Urinary TractThe purpose of this study is to establish in vivo sensitivity and specificity of OCT in the diagnosis of Upper Urinary Tract Urothelial Carcinoma.

Study With Dendritic Cell Immunotherapy in Resected Hepatic Metastasis of Colorectal Carcinoma
Colorectal CarcinomaHepatic MetastasisIn this randomized multicentric phase II study, patients with colorectal carcinoma with resectable hepatic metastasis will be randomized to treatment with dendritic cells or to observation, following conventional treatment with surgery and chemotherapy.

Environmental, Metabolic and Nutritional Factors of Hepatocellular Carcinoma in Cirrhotic Patients...
Cirrhosis With Hepatocellular CarcinomaCirrhosis Without Hepatocellular CarcinomaAvailable data do not allow carcinogenesis mechanisms in cirrhotic patients to be well understood in absence of studies taking into account all recognised factors. A large scale clinical, biochemical and molecular studies is potentially relevant to the understanding of nutrition, physical activity, body weight metabolic syndrome whatever the etiology of underlying cirrhosis. It will open new perspectives : in prevention of hepatocellular carcinoma development in cirrhotic patients through dietary counselling and therapeutics of metabolic syndrome, in early screening of hepatocellular carcinoma in cirrhotic patients through spectroscopic technology and later proteomic study resulting in an improvement of hepatocellular carcinoma prognosis.

Interest of Functional MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imagery) (in Patients Suffering From Hepatocellular...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaFor patients who are suffering from hepatocellular carcinoma and are treated with radioembolization, the purpose of this study is to analyse parameters of functional MRIs that are modified early and to detect parameters that vary significantly after treatment.

Assessment of Novel MRI Quantification Free Breathing Technique in Evaluation of Liver Lesions
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThe primary objective of this study is to develop and validate simultaneous free-breathing 4D fat and water quantification and quantitative dynamic contrast enhanced perfusion in the liver. Secondary aims include developing and validating free breathing quantification of relaxation parameters T1 and T2, and developing and validating a minimal breath-hold (< 8 s) high quality diffusion exam using highly accelerated steady state diffusion imaging sequences. Investigators aim to scan 100 subjects receiving liver biopsies as a part of their standard care and another 70 subjects with known benign lesions. The study is greater than minimal risk.

Trial of Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE) With Sorafenib for Locally Advanced Hepatocellular...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaTo evaluate the time to progression of the combination therapy of Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE) and sorafenib in patients with previously untreated advanced or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma.

Narrow Band Imaging (NBI): A Novel Imaging Modality in Minimally Invasive
Endometrial CancerFallopian Tube Cancer6 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine whether narrowband imaging (NBI) makes it easier for a surgeon to see cancer. NBI is a kind of light. Normally, white light is used during surgery. White light uses many wavelengths of light. NBI only uses two wavelengths which highlight the blood vessels. This makes it easier for the surgeon to see blood vessels. Tumors often have more blood vessels than normal tissue. As a result, NBI may make it easier for the surgeon to see small tumors. In this study the surgeon will look with both normal white light and NBI. This way a comparison can be made to determine which is superior. Improved identification of tumors allows doctors and patients to make informed decisions about whether treatment is needed after surgery. It also provides additional information to determine which treatments may be best.
