Testing myWHI: Online Self-guided Programs for Migraine
Migraine HeadacheThe goal for this pilot study is to assess the acceptability of two online self-guided programs for migraines. The programs are part of the investigators' collection of "my Wireless Headache Interventions" (myWHI). The Specialized Program for Headache Reduction (SPHERE) is a program that teaches cognitive and behavioural skills/techniques to help manage headaches. The PeRsonalized Intervention for Self-Management of Migraine (PRISM) helps users to discover their headache triggers and provides recommendations for managing them. This pilot will also assess the feasibility of the study protocol to inform a full scale randomized controlled trial (RCT).

Oxygen Therapy for the Treatment of Undifferentiated Headache in the Emergency Department
HeadacheThis study will randomly assign emergency department patients seeking treatment for a headache to one of three groups. The first group will receive standard emergency care as determined by the treating physician, the second group will breathe high flow air by facemask for 15 minutes, and the third group will breathe high flow oxygen by face mask for 15 minutes. The patients will be questioned in the beginning of their treatment and at 2, 5, 10, 15 and 30 minutes after it's begun about the intensity of their headache and how much relief they are experiencing from their treatment. Concentration of carbon dioxide exhaled by patients will also be recorded at 0, 2, 5, 10, 15 and 30 minutes. After fifteen minutes, the patients in groups 2 and 3 will continue with standard emergency care, which can include any treatment their physician sees fit. Patients in all three groups will receive a stopwatch in the beginning of their emergency department visit and record the total extent of time their headache will take to resolve.
Caffeine Versus Placebo for Spinal Headaches

MK0462 in Treatment of Migraine With Recurrence (MK0462-022)
Migraine HeadacheA study to evaluate rizatriptan/MK0462 (5 and 10 mg) for the treatment of acute migraine attack and treatment of up to two headache recurrences compared to placebo. The long term extension study which pools patients from MK0462-022, -025, and -029 is described in NCT01286207.
Trigger Point Massage in Chronic Tension Headache
Tension-Type HeadachePatients with IHS criteria of chronic tension headache , considering inclusion and exclusion criteria, enrolled to this study. They will be randomized to intervention or control group by block randomization method, then treat by standard drug( nortriptyline 10 mg daily) or trigger point massage. They report severity, frequency, duration of headaches and number of analgesic drugs in diary during week 1 and week 4. Then data based on dairy will be analysis.
A Randomized Multicentre Study for the Acute Relief of Episodic and Chronic Cluster Headache.
Cluster HeadacheThe study will look at a non-invasive treatment for people suffering with chronic and episodic headaches. Study subjects will be randomized to an active treatment or an in-active treatment for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks all subjects will continue to treat with an active treatment for an additional 2 weeks.
