A Study of Nemtabrutinib (MK-1026) in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Hematologic Malignancies...
LymphomaB-Cell8 moreThis study aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacodynamic, and pharmacokinetic (PK) of nemtabrutinib (formerly ARQ 531) tablets in selected participants with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies. No formal hypothesis testing will be performed for this study.
Clinical Study of Redirected Autologous T Cells With a Chimeric Antigen Receptor in Patients With...
B Cell LymphomaB Cell Leukemia4 moreA single arm, open-label pilot study is designed to determine the safety, efficacy and cytokinetics of CAR T cells in patients with malignant tumors with positive antigen targets. CAR T cells are genetically engineered to express single-chain variable fragment (scFv) targeting indication-specific antigens. The investigational CAR T cells and proposed indications are as follows: CAR-CD19 T cells for B cell leukaemia/lymphoma; CAR-BCMA T cells for myeloma; CAR-GPC3 T cell for hepatocellular carcinoma; CAR-CLD18 T cells for pancreatic carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction.
A Study of AZD6738 and Acalabrutinib in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaThis study evaluates the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and efficacy of acalabrutinib and ceralasertib (known as AZD6738) when taken in combination.
Study of TG-1701, an Irreversible Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor, in Patients With B-Cell Malignancies...
Non Hodgkin LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaThis is a Phase 1 trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and efficacy of TG-1701, a Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitor in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies.
Duvelisib and Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Richter Syndrome or Transformed Follicular Lymphoma...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma6 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of duvelisib when given together with nivolumab in treating patients with Richter syndrome or transformed follicular lymphoma. Duvelisib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving duvelisib and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with Richter syndrome or transformed follicular lymphoma compared to giving duvelisib or nivolumab alone.
A Study of CG-806 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory CLL/SLL or Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic Lymphoma1 moreThis study is being done to evaluate the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of Oral CG-806 for the treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), or Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas who have failed or are intolerant to two or more lines of established therapy or for whom no other treatment options are available.
19(T2)28z1xx Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cells in People With B-Cell Cancers
Diffuse Large B Cell LymphomaPrimary Mediastinal Large B Cell Lymphoma7 moreThe purpose of this study is to test the safety of 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells in people with relapsed/refractory B-cell cancers. The researchers will try to find the highest dose of 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells that causes few or mild side effects in participants. Once they find this dose, they can test it in future participants to see if it is effective in treating their relapsed/refractory B-cell cell cancers. This study will also look at whether 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells work against participants' cancer.
Safety and Preliminary Efficacy of JBH492 Monotherapy in Patients With CLL and NHL
Non-Hodgkins LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaThe purpose of the First-In-Human study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity and preliminary efficacy of JBH492 as single agent.
A Study Evaluating Safety, PK, and Efficacy of Tafasitamab and Parsaclisib in Participants With...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaNon Hodgkin LymphomaThe purpose of this single-arm, open-label, Phase 1b/2a, multicenter basket study is to evaluate whether tafasitamab and parsaclisib can be safely combined at the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and dosing regimen that was established for each of the 2 compounds as a treatment option for adult participants with R/R B-cell malignancies.
CLBR001 and SWI019 in Patients With Relapsed / Refractory B-cell Malignancies
Relapsed/Refractory B-cell LymphomasDiffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)10 moreCLBR001 + SWI019 is an combination investigational immunotherapy being evaluated as a potential treatment for patients diagnosed with B cell malignancies who are refractory or unresponsive to salvage therapy or who cannot be considered for or have progressed after autologous hematopoietic cell transplantation. This first-in-human study will assess the safety and tolerability of CLBR001 + SWI019 and is designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or optimal SWI019 dose (OSD). Patients will be administered a single infusion of CLBR001 cells followed by cycles of SWI019. The study will also assess the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of CLBR001 + SWI019.
