Ulcerative colitis is a common digestive system disease, the incidence is increasing in recent years.It is reported that the occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis is closely related to imbalance of intestinal flora .Moreover,intestinal mucosal immunity may be related to intestinal flora. Fecal microbiota transplantation as a new technology to rebuild intestinal flora has been used for several disease，but the efficacy of ulcerative colitis by fecal microbiota transplantation needs to be further explored.

The objectives of this study are to explore the fecal calprotectin (fC) levels of UC patients under adalimumab therapy and the correlation with their general wellbeing (Quality of Life [QoL]), workability, and disease activity.

This registry on Tofacitinib and biologics (anti-integrin/anti-TNF) in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) patients in Germany will extend the prospective documentation of safety issues and efficacy in induction and maintenance therapy of Tofacitinib (Xeljanz®) in addition to other biologics used in Germany with a particular interest in predictors of long-term responses and favorable disease outcome or to predict severe side effects caused by therapy with Januskinase(JAK)- inhibitors/biologics.

This is a single-center trial, randomized, single-blind, placebo-controlled clinical intervention study which intends to explore the safety and effectiveness of FMT capsule for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with depression.

Aims:Prospectively observe the effects of Vitamin D drops supplementation on the chronic course of ulcerative colitis patients, analyze whether the effect of Vitamin D drops on UC patients is affected by factors such as disease site, disease activity, treatment, etc.Exploring the relationship between Fok I gene polymorphism and the efficacy of vitamin D supplementation. Provide a certain theoretical basis for "precision treatment" for UC patients in the future. Design：It is a prospective cohort study. Investigators include a total of 100 participants with UC according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and divide them into two groups to assess their initial disease activity and detect related indicators. At the same time，investigators detect the Fok I gene polymorphism in all participants.One group is given Vitamin D drops 400IU per day orally, and the control group do not intervene. Participants' disease activity is assessed at baseline and related indicators are determined. The disease activity is re-evaluated in the 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th months, and the serum indexes are re-evaluated.Investigators use statistical methods to analyze whether Vitamin D drops supplementation treatment can increase the serum 25 (OH) D level of UC participants, improve the condition of UC participants,relationship with Fok I gene polymorphism，and analyze the effects of Vitamin D drops on participants with UC is affected by factors such as disease site, disease activity, and treatment.

Patients with ulcerative colitis often suffer significant limitations to their quality of life, which are also conditioned by particular stress and psychosocial accompanying symptoms of the disease. A multimodal program for stress-reduction and lifestyle-modification has been shown to be effective in promoting the quality of life. The study will examine the promotion of the quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis and the positive Influence on stress, psychological symptoms and physiological parameters. 92 patients with ulcerative colitis will be randomized in an Intervention group and a control group for 10 weeks. The primary outcome is the disease-specific quality of life, the secondary outcomes are stress, psychological symptoms, inflammatory parameters, disease activity parameters, bowel parameter and the microbiome.
