A Study of Atezolizumab in Combination With Cabozantinib Compared to Cabozantinib Alone in Participants...

CarcinomaRenal Cell

This is a Phase III, multicenter, randomized, open-label study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab given in combination with cabozantinib versus cabozantinib alone in participants with inoperable, locally advanced, or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) who experienced radiographic tumor progression during or after Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor (ICI) treatment in the metastatic setting.

ITIL-306 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Epithelial Ovarian CancerNon-small Cell Lung Cancer1 more

ITIL-306-201 is a phase 1a/1b, multicenter, clinical trial evaluating the safety and feasibility of ITIL-306 in adult participants with advanced solid tumors whose disease has progressed after standard therapy. ITIL-306 is a cell therapy derived from a participant's own tumor-infiltrating immune cells (lymphocytes; TILs) and contains a unique molecule designed to increase TIL activity when it encounters folate receptor α (FOLR1) on the tumor.

A Study of Belzutifan (MK-6482) as Monotherapy and in Combination With Lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902)...

Renal Cell Carcinoma

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profiles, and preliminary efficacy of belzutifan as monotherapy followed by belzutifan+lenvatinib combination therapy, as well as belzutifan combined with lenvatinib and pembrolizumab in China participants with advanced renal cell carcinoma.

Reduction of Allogenic Blood Transfusion in Locally Advanced Kidney Cancer

Kidney Cancer

The Reduction of Allogenic Blood Transfusion in Locally Advanced Kidney Cancer Trial (RESTRICT). The primary objective is to reduce the number of units of allogenic blood transfusion in locally advanced kidney cancer (≥ cT2). Secondary objectives include reduction in perioperative complications, assessment of recurrence free-survival and improving overall survival.

A Study of Belzutifan (MK-6482) in Participants With Advanced Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (MK-6482-018)...

CarcinomaRenal Cell

The goal of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of escalating doses of belzutifan as second line positive (2L+) treatment in participants with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).

SAbR For Oligo-Progressive Renal Cell Cancer.

Oligoprogressive Renal Cell Carcinoma

Metastatic kidney cancer patients on systemic therapy often develop resistance to limited sites that leads to changing of the systemic therapy. Local therapy to the sites of progression may allow patients to continue on the same systemic therapy that is otherwise effective and being tolerated well. Hypothesis: Stereotactic ablative radiation (SAbR) can delay the change of systemic therapy with oligoprogressive renal cell cancer (RCC) and improve progression free survival (PFS). Primary Objectives: • To evaluate the benefit of SAbR for oligo-progressive mRCC (Metastatic Renal Cell Cancer). Secondary Objectives: • To measure the toxicity, safety and tolerance of concurrent systemic therapy and SAbR for mRCC patients and its impact on quality of life.

CBM588, Nivolumab, and Ipilimumab in Treating Patients With Stage IV or Advanced Kidney Cancer

Advanced Renal Cell CarcinomaClear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma4 more

This phase I trial studies how well CBM588 works when given together with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with kidney cancer that is stage IV or has spread to other places in the body (advanced). CBM588 is a probiotic that may help to increase the effect of immunotherapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving CBM588, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with kidney cancer.

A Study to Compare Treatments for a Type of Kidney Cancer Called TFE/Translocation Renal Cell Carcinoma...

Metastatic Renal Cell CarcinomaStage III Renal Cell Cancer AJCC v83 more

This phase II trial studies how well axitinib and nivolumab work in treating patients with TFE/translocation renal cell carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving axitinib and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with TFE/translocation renal cell carcinoma compared to standard treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy.

Renal Cell Carcinoma

This is a non-inferiority, randomized controlled trial to compare the peri-operative, renal functional and oncologic outcomes of endoscopic robot-assisted simple enucleation(ERASE) and standard robot-assisted partial nephrectomy(RAPN) in the treatment of T1 renal cell carcinoma.
