Firstly, the diagnostic model is established based on tumor-specific plasma circulating tumor DNA methylation markers. Secondly, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of plasma circulating tumor DNA methylation are compared with that of carcinoembryonic antigen in detecting colorectal cancer.
