Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Polyposis

Topical and systemic steroids constitute the first choice in medical treatment for nasal polyps. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a short course of budesonide inhalation suspension via transnasal nebulization in the preoperative management of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis. The second aim was to compare budesonide inhalation suspension with budesonide aqueous nasal spray and oral prednisone in nasal polyp treatment.

Grapiprant and Pembrolizumab in Patients With Advanced or Progressive MSS Colorectal Cancer

Microsatellite Stable Colorectal Cancer

This study will be conducted in adult participants diagnosed with any form of an advanced or progressive MSS CRC for which 1st and 2nd line standard therapy (at least one of which contained fluorouracil) is no longer effective or is intolerable. This is a phase 1b, multi-center, open label study designed to assess safety and tolerability of grapiprant in combination with pembrolizumab, to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) with pembrolizumab, and to evaluate and characterize the PK of grapiprant alone and in combination with pembrolizumab. Disease response, pharmacodynamics, and response biomarkers will also be assessed.

Clinical Trial of PM60184 in Advanced Colorectal Cancer After Standard Treatment

Advanced Colorectal Cancer

This trial will evaluate the efficacy of PM060184 in terms of progression-free survival at 12 weeks (PFS3) in advanced or metastatic Colorectal Cancer (CRC) patients with any KRAS mutation status (wild- type; mutated; or unknown status) progressing after standard treatments (fluoropyrimidine, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin). Patients in this trial will receive PM060184 at a dose of 9.3 mg/m2 as a 30-minute intravenous (i.v.) infusion on Days 1 and 8 q3wk.

The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if durvalumab and trametinib can help to control microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer. The safety of these drugs will also be studied. This is an investigational study. Durvalumab is FDA approved and commercially available for the treatment of previously treated advanced bladder cancer. Trametinib is FDA approved in combination with another drug called dabrafenib for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic melanoma with BRAF V600E or BRAF V600K. It is investigational to use durvalumab and trametinib to treat MSS colorectal cancer. Up to 56 participants will be enrolled in this study. All will take part at MD Anderson.

The purpose of this study is to collect additional safety and efficacy data during treatment with trifluridine / tipiracil in patients with a pretreated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Eligible patients may receive an early access to trifluridine / tipiracil through this clinical study until progression of disease, unacceptable toxicity, investigator decision, patient refusal or until market authorization or reimbursement has been granted by the relevant Authority of the country where that patient is treated or until trifluridine / tipiracil is available by a doctor's prescription or can be accessed from another source or Sponsor decision.
