Comparison of Two Protocols of Optimization of X Ray Radiations in Pediatric Interventional Neuroradiology...
Occlusion or Malformation of a Cerebral VesselInterventional Neuroradiology replaces surgery. This technology requires various exposition to X rays : number of X rays photographs, radioscopy, distance between patient and detector, speed of acquisition of X-rays photographs, high tension and intensity. The manipulator must find the right balance between quality of photographs and dose delivered to the patient (optimization). Children are particularly exposed to these risks of irradiation (sensitivity to X-rays and long life expectancy with risks. So, it is fundamental to optimize the dose delivered during the procedures. The investigators propose to analyse a study comparing two protocols of optimization of doses. The investigators' hypothesis is that the protocol experimented in this trial allows less radiation of the children, compared to the usual protocol.
The Impact of Treating Minor Uterine Cavity Abnormalities Diagnosed by Office Hysteroscopy in Unselected...
Minor Intra-uterine AbnormalitiesThis is a comparative, controlled trial to evaluate the impact of treating undetected, asymptomatic, predefined minor uterine cavity abnormalities on the success of IVF treatment.
GSM (Genitourinary Syndrome Of Menopause) Management In Breast Cancer Survivors
Genitourinary AbnormalityBreast Cancer Female4 moreThe impact of treatment for GSM on the quality of life will be examined for postmenopausal women (defined as last menstrual period > 1 year ago or 6 months ago with FSH >40) who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Dynamic MRI and Quantitative MR CSF Flow Studies in Craniovertebral Junction Anomalies
Chiari MalformationsThe purpose of this study is to decide which position of the neck affects cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) flow between the spinal cord and the brain. CSF is a fluid that flows up and down your spinal cord, around the brain and into the ventricles of the brain. This study will be done with patients who have abnormalities of the neck, including Chiari 1 malformations.

A Clinical Study of Outcomes in Foot and Ankle Bone Grafting Using map3® Cellular Allogeneic Bone...
Foot DeformitiesAcquired3 moreThis is a single arm pilot study in patients requiring surgical fusion in the foot or ankle. Patients will receive map3® Cellular Allogeneic Bone Graft containing donor matched stem cells. This cohort study will enroll 24 patients total at 1 site. After subjects have signed an informed consent, the baseline visit and examinations will be completed. Patients will be evaluated at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months after surgery.
Exercise Training Strategies for Children With Repaired Tetralogy of Fallot
Tetralogy of FallotCongenital Heart Defects3 moreThe investigators will explore the feasibility and safety of two exercise interventions delivered both in the hospital and in participants' homes. Preteens and adolescents who have had repaired Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), will be grouped by age and randomly assigned to either an aerobic or strength training exercise program supervised for 12 weeks. An exploratory aim of this study will be to examine changes in fitness level, muscle strength, muscle oxygen extraction and quality of life after the intervention, and compare these measures between groups. At the end of the study, participants and parents will be interviewed to assess their satisfaction and ideas for improvements in the program.
Effects of Corrective Exercises and Postural Education on Forward Head Posture
Musculoskeletal DeformityForward head posture is one of the most common postural problems that we face today. Sitting for long periods in poor posture and the excessive use of electronic devices has become a high risk for this postural abnormality. The goal of this [interventional study] is to [provide the participants with simple and easy corrective exercises for this abnormal posture which they can do anywhere at any time and to provide postural education and awareness on the matter.
Orthopaedic Simulation of Morton's Extension to Test the Effect on Plantar Pressures of Each Metatarsal...
Healthy SubjectsThe aim of this study is to simulate the orthopedic treatment called Morton's extension on non-deformed patients to check the effects on each metatarsal head on its static footprint.
Effectiveness of Two Stretching Techniques on Healthy Volunteers With Shortened Hamstrings
Muscle Tone AbnormalitiesThe main objective of this study is to compare the effect and the duration of the Neuromuscular Electrical Elongation (NMEE ) technique versus the PNF technique and versus a control group, on the extensibility of the hamstrings muscles. Hypothesis: NMEE of shortened hamstrings muscles in healthy subjects, compared with PNF and control group produces a significant increase in hamstrings extensibility.
