Serological Response to SARS-Cov-2 Virus in Personnel of the Institut Bergonié in the Context of...
Sars-CoV2Serum; DiseaseThe question of the immune response of the population, particularly of professional populations in contact with vulnerable populations (such as those with chronic conditions such as cancer), is an important issue. Knowing the evolution of this response over time in this population can help answer outstanding questions. The PRO-SERO-COV study is a seroprevalence study of caregivers working in the hospital sector with a follow-up at 3 months and 12 months. The objective is to evaluate and monitor at 3 and 12 months the serological immune status to an infection by the SARS-CoV-2 virus in active volunteer professionals working at the Institut Bergonié with different types of exposure: healthcare professionals and professionals in other services.
The Clinical Difference Between the Nonfatal Patients and the Fatal Patients With Severe COVID-19...
Coronavirus Disease 2019Character of the Severe PatientsTo investigate the difference of the difference between the nonfatal Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Patients and the fatal Patients .The cross sectional study was undertaken to compare the clinical information (laboratory and radiologic characteristics)of nonfatal participants and fatal cases. The investigators wish figure out the clinical character of the fatal participants. The result may help the physician to find the fatal patients with COVID-19 more easily. The fatal patients with COVID-19 could be treated early.
Diagnostic Value of Patient - Reported and Clinically Verified Olfactory Disorders (COVID-19)
COVID-19Participants are healthcare workers and adult outpatients referred in a COVID-19 screening center. Patients-reported symptoms are collected, then participants underwent a simple olfactory test (CODA for Clinical Olfactory Dysfunction Assessment), prior to swabbing for SARS-CoV-2 diagnosis (RT-PCR). We aimed to evaluate the prevalence of smell and taste disorders, and to calculate the diagnostic value of patient-reported and clinically verified smell disorders in persons with suspected COVID-19.

Evaluation of Rapid Diagnostic Solutions, Serological and Molecular Tests for COVID-19
SARS-CoV 2COVID-19Prospective study for clinical performance evaluation of COVID-19 diagnostic tests: detection of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies by RDTs or ELISA (manual or automated), rapid diagnostic tests based on antigen detection, molecular or proteomic testing of SARS-CoV-2 (sensitivity, specificity, predictive values)
COVID-19 PCR Test Results in Asymptomatic Pregnants
COVID-19Asymptomatic PregnantIn order to prevent contamination from the pregnant women hospitalized in this clinic, the RT-PCR test is performed from the oropharyngeal and nasal swab sample taken before hospitalization. In addition, the same test is done before each operation and before the operation. The aim of the study is to scan these tests retrospectively and to determine the rate of positive COVID-19 cases in asymptomatic pregnant women. The results will determine the importance of the measures to be taken in the pregnant women who undergo intervention.

The PAWS-COVID-19 (Pediatric AirWay complicationS COVID-19) Registry
Airway ManagementCOVID19The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted anesthesia care all over the world. There remains very little data on current practice patterns and patient outcomes, particularly in anesthetized children. This is a prospective observational, multi-center study to investigate airway management related outcomes in children undergoing anesthesia during this pandemic. The investigators will compare the incidence of complications (particularly hypoxemia) in patients with COVID-19 to those who are COVID-19 negative during airway management.
