An investigator initiated trial in which 20 subjects with moderate to severe changes of the jawline, neck and décolletage will undergo combination treatment to achieve comprehensive rejuvenation of the jawline and neck.

25 subjects Fitzpatrick skin type I-VI with mild to moderate laxity of the skin of the face, neck, and eyelids will be enrolled. All subjects will undergo treatment with the Thermage FLX system using a 900 pulse, 4cm2 Total Tip to treat the face and neck and a 450 pulse, 0.25cm2 tip to treat the upper and lower eyelids.

Up to 120 subjects within the study site's practice who have already had an Ultherapy™ treatment to the face and neck will be enrolled to monitor treatment effectiveness. Follow-up visits will occur at 90 and 180 days post-treatment. Study images will be obtained at each follow-up visit.

A retrospective study to evaluate the Ulthera® System for its potential interaction with toxins and fillers. Up to 500 subjects will be enrolled.

The aim of this study is to assess the effect of two different suturing techniques in patients undergoing bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty on the results of the FACE-Q Eye Module questionnaire for measuring patient-reported outcomes as well as on the blinded objective assessment by two experienced surgeons using the same questionnaire. We aim to investigate the differences of the 2 most common techniques of skin closure with running cutaneous or subcuticular Nylon (6-0 Prolene) sutures in upper blepharoplasties and their effect on postoperative complications and scar formation. Besides the functional outcomes (visual field) and objective postoperative results, we aim to measure the patients' satisfaction using the FACE-Q Eye Module as a comprehensive, procedure- and disease-specific patient-reported outcome instrument.

The investigators aim to assess the effect of blepharoplasty with or without muller muscle resection on the symptoms of dry eye syndrome. this will be an observational study in which patients undergoing the aforementioned surgeries will be followed up and monitored for dry eye symptoms.

The purpose of this research is to determine if restorative eye treatment (RET) and Inhance with trihex technology used before and after blepharoplasty can lead to better skin quality before undergoing blepharoplasty, and if these products will lead to less visible scarring and faster healing after blepharoplasty.

We study the efficacy of 1 pass of stacking pulses of long pulse 1064nm laser on the face for skin tightening immediately post laser and 3 months follow up.
