PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying perceptions of burden in patients with late-stage cancer and their caregivers.

The Investigators will conduct a "real world" naturalistic nation-wide population-based longitudinal register linkage study comparing long-term responses to all kinds of antidepressants in patients with major depressive disorder emulating a randomized trial.

The purpose of this study is to validate standardized questionnaires on depression for RA and to investigate the frequency of depression with RA. The study will include 2 parts, VADERA I and VADERA II. In VADERA I, 300 participants will be surveyed twice at an interval of 3 months regarding their current emotional condition using standardized questionnaires. On the basis of the results of VADERA I, in VADERA II, the selected questionnaire will be used to assess the prevalence of depression with RA in approximately 1000 participants.

"Healthy Bellies" is an intervention program with pregnant women, based on the promotion of healthy lifestyles. It aims to evaluate the impact of the program in the health of both pregnant and newborn. This trial is being conducted with pregnant women, divided into control and intervention group. Are performed 3 assessment periods: 1 - beginning of the program; 2 - postpartum; 3 - 1 month after delivery. The intervention group has a program of 3 weekly physical exercise classes and the control group has the basic information that is usually provided by health professionals. With this program, it is expected to contribute with evidence to the best practice in the field of interventions in pregnancy and improve health outcomes of both pregnant and newborn.

Predictors of Suicidal Behavior in Depression

This study aims at identifying predictors of suicidal behaviors in depressed subjects. Investigators will first compare demographic, clinical, and biological features of depressed recent suicide attempters (within one week) and depressed subjects without lifetime history of suicide attempt. Baseline risk factors for suicide will be used to predict the risk of attempting suicide during a one year follow-up. A thorough evaluation of these patients will allow to identify the factors associated with suicidal risk and develop a simplified risk score that could be used in clinical settings to improve our practice.
