Atopic DermatitisA prospective case-control multicentric pilot study of 12 weeks duration to evaluate the effect of a probiotic mixture in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children from 0 to 3 years old, by measuring the severity of the condition using the SCORAD index, as well as the Clinical Global Impression rating scale, the potential decrease in the use of corticosteroids and antihistamines, and the safety of the treatment under study by the number of adverse events related to the product under study.

Atopic DermatitisSkin DiseasesThis study investigates 3 different doses of orismilast modified release compared to placebo in adult patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The purpose of the study is to assess the effect of orismilast modified release in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and assess the safety aspects of these 3 different doses. The patients will receive an oral treatment of either orismilast modified release tablets or placebo tablets 2 times a day for 16 weeks.

Longitudinal Endotyping Of Atopic Dermatitis Through Transcriptomic Skin Analysis
Atopic DermatitisThis is a multi-center, longitudinal study which will characterize the gene expression profiles and transcriptomic endotypes that underlie mild and moderate-severe Atopic dermatitis (AD) and will determine changes in these expression patterns and endotypes in response to standard-of-care treatment. Participants will complete up to ten study visits with assessment of topical steroid response and dupilumab response (if uncontrolled with topical steroids). Skin samples will be collected at all study visits to determine the gene expression profiles and transcriptomic endotypes that underlie mild vs. moderate-severe AD disease. The investigators will also evaluate the lipidomic, metabolomic, proteomic, and microbiome profiles of AD skin endotypes associated with mild and moderate-severe AD disease. Non-AD participants will serve as a control population. The primary objective of this study is to determine if the type 2-high non-lesional skin (skin tape) endotype is associated with current mild versus moderate-severe AD disease.

Recent studies have shown that intestinal immunity is closely related to immune responses to various diseases. Intestinal microecology influences the occurrence and regression of various diseases by regulating the growth, differentiation and maturation of various immune cells. Probiotics are widely used in children with allergies. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the intestinal microecology of children with rhinitis/asthma, eczema and urticaria and the clinical manifestations of the patients. By observing the influence of probiotics intervention on clinical symptoms and changes in intestinal microecology, the influence of intestinal microecology on children's allergic diseases was clarified. Study protocol: 1) children with definitive diagnosis of allergic rhinitis, asthma,atopic dermatitis and chronic urticaria were enrolled, each with 50 cases. 2) collect manure application of 16s rDNA probe hybridization technique to analyze the fecal flora, and compared with clinical symptoms rating scale and serum sIgE, IgG4 correlation analysis (3) application of probiotic intervention or conventional drug intervention, again in 3 months, 6 months after collecting dung is used to detect the intestinal flora in children with its correlation with clinical symptoms change were observed.
