A Study of LY3209590 in Japanese Participants With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetes MellitusType 2The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of a study drug known as LY3209590 in Japanese participants with type 2 diabetes. Side effects and tolerability will be documented. Blood samples will be taken to compare how the body handles the drug and how it affects blood sugar levels. The study will last almost five months for each participant.

A Study of Tirzepatide in Chinese Participants With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetes MellitusType 2The main purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety and side effects of tirzepatide in Chinese participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The study will also measure how much tirzepatide gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to remove it. The study will last about six or eight months for each participant.

L-arginine and Asymmetric Dimethylarginine (ADMA) and Lifestyle Protocols
Diabetes MellitusType 23 moreLow serum L-arginine (Arg) and high asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) can predict microvascular complications in type 2 diabetes (T2DM). The investigators examined whether or not Arg and ADMA are affected by dietary factors or lifestyle modification in overweight/ obese and T2DM subjects.

Evaluation of a Patient Portal Intervention for Diabetes: A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial
Diabetes MellitusType 2The purpose of this study is to conduct a two-arm, parallel-design, pragmatic randomized controlled trial of a patient portal intervention for diabetes, My Diabetes Care, to evaluate its effect on patient activation and secondary cognitive, behavioral, and clinical outcomes.

The Glycemic Effect of Added Sugar on Bake Beans
Diabetes MellitusType 22 moreTo investigate the effect of added sugar to bake beans on glycemic and insulinemic response.

Blood Glucose Response After Oral Intake of Lactulose in Mildly Constipated Patients With Diabetes...
Diabetes MellitusType 2The objective of the study is to investigate whether lactulose, given orally as powder or liquid, increases blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. The dose of lactulose given in the study is normally used for treatment of constipation.

Investigating the Effect of Onyx Sorghum on Blood Glucose in Individuals With Type 2 Diabetes
Diabetes Type 2To evaluate the effect of onyx sorghum on blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM).

Exercise-meal Timing and Postprandial Glucose Control
Diabetes MellitusType 24 morePhysical activity helps maintain optimal postprandial blood glucose control. However, there is a lack of clear information regarding the optimal meal-activity timing required to maximize blood glucose control. By using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), this randomized controlled trial will determine whether implementing a bout of physical activity immediately before, or immediately after, or shortly after a meal is most optimal. This study will also independently examine the effects of three different physical activities: walking, standing, and circuit-exercises. Minimizing the changes in blood glucose following a meal not only reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes but also reduces cardiovascular-related mortality. Therefore, the data produced by this project will have very important implications for informing healthcare policy and physical activity recommendations.

Assistive ExoSkeletons to Enable Wearable Rehabilitation Robotics
Diabetic Foot UlcerDiabetic Foot Ulcer Associated With Type II Diabetes MellitusStudy will evaluate the use of lower-limb assistive exo-skeletons worn on the ankle and foot. Participants will wear the exo-skeletons and walk in a safe environment. Measurements will be taken to determine how the exo-skeletons affect the pressure on the feet of people with diabetic foot ulcer and how they walk.

Effect of Premeal Protein-bar on Glycemic Control in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes
Patients With Type 2 DiabetesThe aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of premeal protein-enriched bar in long-term glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Glucose levels in subjects who intake premeal protein-enriched bar with dietary modification will be compared to those in subjects who only do the dietary modification.
