Gastrointestinal NeoplasmsEsophagogastric JunctionThis is a Global Study of Neoadjuvant-Adjuvant Durvalumab or Placebo and FLOT Chemotherapy Followed by Adjuvant Durvalumab or Placebo in Patients with Resectable Gastric and Gastroesophageal Cancer (GC/GEJC) (MATTERHORN).
Liposomal Irinotecan, Fluorouracil, Leucovorin Calcium, and Rucaparib in Treating Patients With...
Metastatic Biliary Tract CarcinomaMetastatic Colorectal Carcinoma7 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of liposomal irinotecan and rucaparib when given together with fluorouracil and leucovorin calcium and to see how well they work in treating patients with pancreatic, colorectal, gastroesophageal, or biliary cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as liposomal irinotecan, fluorouracil, and leucovorin calcium, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as rucaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. Giving liposomal irinotecan and rucaparib together with fluorouracil and leucovorin calcium may work better in treating patients with pancreatic, colorectal, gastroesophageal, or biliary cancer.
A Study to Find a Safe and Effective Dose of BI 905711 in Patients With Advanced Gastrointestinal...
Gastrointestinal NeoplasmsCholangiocarcinoma1 morePhase Ia - Explore safety and establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended dose levels for phase Ib expansion phase of BI 905711 based on the frequency of patients experiencing dose limiting toxicities (DLTs) during the MTD evaluation period. The MTD evaluation period is defined as the first two treatment cycles (from first dose administration until the day preceding the third dose administration or end of REP in case of discontinuation before start of Cycle 3). Phase Ia - Explore pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, and efficacy to guide the determination of a potentially effective dose range for phase Ib in the absence of MTD. Phase Ib - Evaluate efficacy and safety of BI 905711 at a potentially effective dose range and determine the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D)
Efficacy and Safety of SOX Regimen Combined With Camrelizumab as Neoadjuvant Treatment in Locally...
Stomach NeoplasmsDigestive System Neoplasms4 moreThis is a single-arm, phase II study of camrelizumab combined with SOX regimen in subjects with resectable locally advanced gastric cancer. The patients will receive camrelizumab ,S-1 and oxaliplatin given every 3 weeks for 3 cycles as neoadjuvant therapy. After the surgery, adjuvant therapy which includes camrelizumab and SOX regimen will begin.
A Study of THE-630 in Patients With Advanced Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST)
Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST)Neoplasms9 moreThis study will assess the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of THE-630 in participants with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).
A Study of IMU-131(HER-Vaxx) and Chemotherapy Compared to Chemotherapy Only in Patients With HER2...
Gastrointestinal NeoplasmsAdenocarcinomaThe Phase 1b study is an open-label, multicenter dose escalation study designed to assess the safety, tolerability, immunogenicity and recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of IMU-131. The RP2D will be evaluated in the dose expansion Phase 2 study. The Phase 2 study is a randomized, open label comparison of IMU-131 plus standard of care chemotherapy versus standard of care chemotherapy alone.
LOGiC - Lapatinib Optimization Study in ErbB2 (HER2) Positive Gastric Cancer: A Phase III Global,...
NeoplasmsGastrointestinal TractThis is an international multi-center trial that will enroll patients with locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic gastric, esophageal, or gastro-esophageal junction cancer whose tumors have amplification of the ErbB2 (HER2) gene. The trial will investigate whether lapatinib, when added to the chemotherapy regimen, capecitabine plus oxaliplatin (CapeOx), extends the time to progression and overall survival. Tumor ErbB2 (HER2) status must be known before trial entry. CapeOx is administered to all patients, and patients will be randomly assigned to receive either lapatinib or placebo.
Cabozantinib and Nivolumab for Carcinoid Tumors
Carcinoid TumorCarcinoid Tumor of GI System1 moreThis research study, is studying the combination of cabozantinib and nivolumab in treating advanced carcinoid tumors. - Carcinoid tumor is another term used to refer to neuroendocrine tumors that arise in organs such as the gastrointestinal tract, lungs, or thymus.

RET-altered Non Small Cell Lung CancerMedullary Thyroid Cancer46 moreThis is a Phase 1/2, open-label, first-in-human (FIH) study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary antineoplastic activity of pralsetinib (BLU-667) administered orally in participants with medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), RET-altered NSCLC and other RET-altered solid tumors.
CLDN18.2 Targeting PET Imaging in Patients With Gastrointestinal Tumors
Gastrointestinal CancerThe objective of the study is to constrcut a noninvasive approach 124I-18B10(10L) PET/CT to detect the CLDN18.2 expression of tumor lesions in patients with gastrointestinal tumors and to identify patients benefiting from CLDN18.2 targeting treatment.
