CT Guided Injection for Low Back Radiculopathy: A Randomized Clinical Trial
Disc HerniationLumbosacral RadiculopathyHerniated disc sometimes cause back pain radiating down to a leg. This pain can be so severe that it is functionally disabling. The purpose of this randomized clinical trial is to determine if corticosteroid medication, delivered directly to the area near the herniated disc, can improve the pain and functional disability associated with a herniated disc.

Degenerative Cervical Disc DiseaseThe purpose of this trial is to evaluate the implant (INFUSE™ BONE GRAFT/CORNERSTONE-SR™ Allograft Ring/ATLANTIS™ Anterior Cervical Plate system) as a method of facilitating spinal fusion in patients with cervical symptomatic degenerative disc disease.
Lumbar Interbody Fusion Using the Telamon® Peek™ Versus the Telamon® Hydrosorb™ Fusion Device
Low Back PainSpondylolisthesis2 moreLumbar spinal fusion is commonly performed as a "last resort" in patients with chronic low back pain caused by degenerative changes and instability of the spine. The aim of this study is to compare two fusion devices, which are used in spinal surgery in order to promote the fusion of two lumbar vertebrae.
Applying Artificial Intelligence in Developing Personalized and Sustainable Healthcare for Spinal...
Low Back PainNeck Pain4 moreThe primary objective is to use machine learning methods on large survey and health register data to identify participants with different treatment trajectories and health outcomes after surgical and/or conservative treatment for spinal disorders. Secondary objectives are to 1) conduct external validation of the prediction models, and 2) explore how the prediction models can be implemented into AI-based clinical co-decision tools and interventions.
Full-Endoscopic vs Open Discectomy for the Treatment of Symptomatic Lumbar Herniated Disc
Lumbar Disc HerniationThe purpose of this study is to compare the clinical and radiographic outcomes of full endoscopic lumbar discectomy versus open lumbar decompression for the treatment of lumbar herniated discs in which the patient's leg pain is greater than back pain.
Slotted Hole Versus Fixed Hole C-Tek
Herniated DiscRadiculopathy1 moreThe purpose of this study is to compare the fusion rates between the EBI, LLC C-Tek™ Anterior Cervical Plate, Slotted Hole Design versus the Fixed Hole Design.
Percutaneous HydroDiscectomy Compared to TESI for Radiculopathy
Lumbar Herniated DiscTo compare the outcomes of percutaneous lumbar Hydrodiscectomy (HydroD) with the SpineJet Hydrodiscectomy System to transforaminal epidural steroid injections (TESI) in patients with lumbar radiculopathy due to contained disc herniation with symptoms that persist following a treatment course of conservative management including physical therapy and anti-inflammatory medication.
The Effect of Mulligan Mobilization Technique on Balance, Pain and Functionality in Patients With...
Chronic Low-back PainLumbal Disc Herniation1 moreThis study was aimed to investigate the effectiveness of mulligan mobilization technique on balance, pain and functionality in patients with chronic low back pain and to compare it with exercise.37 patients aged between 18-65 who applied to Fındıkzade Medipol Hospital were included in the study. The individuals participating in the study were divided into two groups, 18 control and 19 mulligan groups, according to the randomization table. The intervention was performed 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Conventional physiotherapy and exercise program accompanied by a physiotherapist were applied to the control group, and conventional physiotherapy and mulligan mobilization technique were applied to the mulligan group. Conventional physiotherapy methods included ultrasound (US), Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), and hotpack. The patients were evaluated with TecnoBody Static Balance Device, algometer, electrogoniometer, visual analog scale, Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire before and after the treatment.

Cervical Foraminal StenosisCervical Disc HerniationThere is a shallow learning curve with TELD (transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy). The aim of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of TELD assisted by electromagnetic navigation for treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH).
Pre-surgery Physiotherapy for Patients With Specific Low Back Pain
Lumbar Spine Disc HerniationSpinal Stenosis2 moreThe aim is to study if pre-surgery physiotherapy improves function, pain and health in patients with specific low back pain scheduled for surgery. Patients are followed over a two year period. A secondary aim is to study what factors predict short and long term outcomes.
