Observe the changes of tear volume in dry eye patients after Restasis treatment of 3 months and during 6-month follow-up after discontinuation of study treatment.

This study will be used to evaluate how patients put eye drops in their eyes and any problems that may arise from this activity. The information gathered will help identify common problems patients are having with putting in their eye medications. Then doctors can be better informed about the issues and provide better advice to their patients to overcome these problems.

To evaluate the use of a point of care device to measure markers of inflammation in various eye conditions. In particular, matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) will be measured. MMP-9 is an enzyme that plays a role in inflammation. The value obtained with the point of care device will be correlated with values obtained using gel electrophoresis to measure MMP-9 from the same sample. These data will be compared to clinical exam findings and questionnaires to help the investigators better understand the role of this marker of inflammation in eye diseases and possibly improve diagnostic abilities.

Optovue has developed a new feature for mapping corneal epithelial thickness. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the accuracy and repeatability of the epithelial thickness measurement. Consented subjects will undergo a series of cornea measurements using optical coherence tomography (OCT) that will be used for analysis.

This observational study is intended to collect outcome data from a cohort of 30 patients suffering from dry eye disease due to chronic ocular Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD) who are treated with the medical device NovaTears® eye drops for a duration of 11 to 13 weeks.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the ability of an imaging device, developed by AdOM Advanced Optical Technologies Ltd. ("AdOM"). The device allows a three-dimensional imaging of the ocular tissues, specifically the tear film layers and the retinal layers. The device is based on the use of white light. In this initial study, the device will be used to assess the tear film which coats the corneal surface in healthy subjects as well as in moderate-to-severe Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca (KCS) or Dry Eye Syndrome (DES). The ability of the device to assess the retinal layers will be evaluated in the second phase of the study.

The study objective is to assess changes in corneal sensation and dry eye signs and symptoms following cataract extraction/femtosecond arcuate relaxing incisions. Our clinical hypothesis is to determine if a combination of cataract surgery and femtosecond arcuate relaxing incisions lead to a reduction in corneal sensation and the onset or worsening of dry eye signs and symptoms.
