Sleep after surgery has been found to be very distrubed immediately after major surgery. This is also seen after fast-track hip and knee replacement with length of stay of less than 3 days. Disturbed sleep has many adverse effects i.e. fatigue, possible hyperalgesia and decline in cognitive abilities.

This double blind randomized controlled study will enroll 20 subjects and will be conducted remotely. The study will be randomized for an 8-week period with a 1:1 active to sham device allocation. Primary endpoint analysis will be performed at 4 weeks.

Sleep disorders and disturbances are mostly underestimated in clinical practice. Moreover, this problem is generally neglected by the pregnant themselves. The investigators are performing this research study to understand the role of sleep disturbance on the incidence/severity of delirium after surgery. The investigators will study the brain using a polysomnography device (PSG), which records the brain's electrical activity during sleep.

This descriptive, cross-sectional study will evaulate and fully characterize factors associated with cognitive dysfunction in Breast Cancer (BCS) and Colorectal Cancer (CRC) survivors that have cognitive concerns, and factors associated with psychoneurological symptom cluster in BCS and CRC survivors.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate sleep cycle before and after fast-track arthroplasty (3 days before and 10 days after) combined with cognitive testing preoperatively, on postoperative day 1,2,10.
