Prevalence of Medical Care in an Emergency Structure of the Women Victims of Violence Within the...
Spousal-AbuseViolence against women within the couple is a major socio-political and public health problem. Indeed, in 2020, 219,000 women were victims of violence within their couple and 102 women were killed by their partner or ex-partner. On average, the number of women aged 18 to 75 who in the course of a year are victims of rape and/or attempted rape is estimated at 94,000 women, and in 47% of cases it is the spouse or the ex-spouse who is the author of the facts. This violence has major health and social consequences: the leading cause of death and disability among women aged 16 to 44 in Europe. In France, a woman dies as a result of domestic violence every 2.5 days and the overall cost of domestic violence in 2012 amounted to 3.6 billion euros in France. A better knowledge of the use of care for wives of victims of violence and their feelings vis-à-vis the medical care in an emergency service will make it possible to identify the problems related to their care based on their feelings. of these patients, to understand why they would not have consulted as a first resort if necessary and to subsequently propose avenues for improvement.

PreDEA Study, Prevention in Emergency / Acceptance Departments: the Case of Hepatic Steatosis
Hepatic SteatosisOur study aims to evaluate whether the Emergency Department (PS) can support the health system to improve the prevention and management of chronic inflammatory diseases and ensure actions aimed at screening, raising awareness and informing the population. Specifically, the determination of the prevalence of a widely diffused pathology such as fatty liver disease aims to be the precursor of future pilot studies aimed at evaluating the advantages and critical issues of the PS as a prevention tool.

Function and Quality of Life After Emergency vs Planned Creation of a Stoma
Colorectal CancerThe aim is to compare functional outcome and or quality of life in patients with a stoma that was constructed as an emergency procedure with patients where a stoma was created as a planned procedure. To do this data will be retrieved from the Swedish Patient Register to identify all patients with a diagnosis of colorectal cancer and a stoma construction procedure during two previous calender years. To collect data on stoma function and quality of life a specific questionnaire will be sent to the cohort approximately within 2 years of the procedure.

The investigators will compare the ketamine arm to an active placebo-controlled arm (with midazolam).

Suicide Risk 30 Days After a Potentially Traumatic Event in Patients Treated by a Medico-psychological...
Suicide RiskThe national french survey "Mental health in general population", showed that the risk of suicide was significantly increased during exposure to a potentially traumatic event (PTE), with an increasing gradient depending on the psychological impact. This included not only people suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder but also those confronted with PTE, presenting or having presented phenomena of reviviscence or at least an element of psychopathological impact. This risk could concern 30.2% of the population over the entire lifetime. Internationally, recent reviews of the literature tend to show that victims of interpersonal violence are more at risk of suicide (OR 1.99 95% CI: 1.73-2.28). Nevertheless, the literature remains heterogeneous, the definitions vague and the temporal proximity of the violence little taken into account. It is therefore a large-scale phenomenon that remains little explored. To increase our knowledge in this area, the investigators will focus on patients treated by Emergency Medical Psychological Cells (CUMP), that is victims of disasters, accidents involving a large number of victims or events that may have significant psychological repercussions due to the circumstances surrounding them.
