Hepatocellular CarcinomaHepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common solid malignant tumors. The prognosis of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma is very poor. According to the current literature and the clinical practice of our center, portal vein blood supply control may have great potential in the synergistic treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. Thus, we hope to study the safety and efficacy of portal blood supply control +TACE+ Camrelizumab + Apatinib combined therapy in initial unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma through a single-center clinical trial, and explore the synergistic effect of portal blood flow control in target immune therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Patients wear the portable Novo TTF-200T device that produces electric fields to target areas on the body to stop the growth of tumor cells. The information from this study will help researchers develop a better treatment for leptomeningeal metastases in the future.

Advanced Endometrial CarcinomaMetastatic Endometrial Carcinoma9 moreThis phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of combination therapy with pelcitoclax (APG-1252) and cobimetinib in treating patients with ovarian and endometrial cancers that have come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). APG-1252 is a drug that inhibits activity of proteins that prevent cell death, leading to increased cell death and reduced cell growth. Cobimetinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called BRAF. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Giving APG-1252 in combination with cobimetinib may shrink or stabilize tumor in patients with recurrent ovarian and endometrial cancers.

Basal Cell CarcinomaThe overall objective of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of treatment of Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) using a new modality based on high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). BCC is the most common type of skin cancer in Europe, Australia and the US. It accounts for more than 75% of all skin cancer cases in those regions. There are currently more the 14000 BCC cases registrations in Poland every year, and occurrences on a global scale are counted in several millions per year. Given the trend of aging population those numbers will only increase with time. Finding new and more effective treatment methods are therefore highly relevant from both a clinical and socioeconomic perspective. The investigational device used in the study is a system capable of making controlled and targeted thermo-mechanical treatment of small intradermal volumes containing e.g. BCC cells, but without inflicting damage to the surrounding tissue. The investigation involves an evaluation of the safety and efficacy profile 3 months after a single few-minute treatment. Subsequent follow-up of secondary endpoints is done every third month until the end of the study one year after the treatment.

Renal Cell CarcinomaNasopharyngeal Carcinoma1 moreBrief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1160 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor or liquid cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This Phase 1/2 study will have two parts. Part A of the study will find out how much and how frequently PRO1160 should be given to participants. Part B will use the dose and schedule found in Part A to find out how safe PRO1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study. The diseases under study will be Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC),Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL).
