A Study of ELI-002 in Subjects With KRAS Mutated Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and Other...
Minimal Residual DiseaseKRAS G12D10 moreThis is a Phase 1 study to assess the safety and efficacy of ELI-002 immunotherapy (a lipid-conjugated immune-stimulatory oligonucleotide [Amph-CpG-7909] plus a mixture of lipid-conjugated peptide-based antigens [Amph-Peptides]) as adjuvant treatment of minimal residual disease (MRD) in subjects with KRAS/neuroblastoma ras viral oncogene homolog (NRAS) mutated PDAC or other solid tumors.
Pemigatinib in Treating Patients With Advanced/Metastatic or Surgically Unresectable Cholangiocarcinoma...
CholangiocarcinomaThis is a phase 2 study to investigate the efficacy and safety of Pemigatinib in treating patients with advanced/metastatic or surgically unresectable cholangiocarcinoma with FGFR2 rearrangement who have failed at least 1 previous therapy
Adjuvant Chemotherapy With Gemcitabine and Cisplatin Compared to Standard of Care After Curative...
CholangiocarcinomaGall Bladder CarcinomaThis is a multicenter, prospective, randomized, controlled phase III trial designed to assess the clinical performance of gemcitabine with cisplatin and observation vs. standard of care (observation alone in stage 1 and capecitabine and observation in stage 2) in patients after curative intent resection of BTC.
A Study of TAS-120 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
CholangiocarcinomaUrothelial Cancer4 moreThis is an open-label, nonrandomized, Phase 1/2 study for the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) inhibitor futibatinib (TAS-120). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamic, and anti-tumor activity of futibatinib in patients with advanced solid tumors with and without genomic FGF/FGFR abnormalities. The study will be conducted in 3 parts: Dose escalation portion to determine the MTD and/ or RP2D of futibatinib. Phase 1 expansion portion to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of futibatinib in patients with tumors harboring FGF/FGFR aberrations, including patients with cholangiocarcinoma (CCA), primary CNS tumors, urothelial carcinoma, breast cancer, gastric cancer. Phase 2 study portion to confirm ORR of futibatinib in intrahepatic CCA patients with tumors harboring FGFR2 gene rearrangements (incl fusions).
90Y Transarterial Radioembolization (TARE) Plus Gemcitabine and Cisplatin in Unresectable Intrahepatic...
Intrahepatic CholangiocarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to determine the safety and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of 90 Y TARE (Y90) in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin in patients with unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC).
Atezolizumab With or Without Cobimetinib in Treating Patients With Metastatic Bile Duct Cancer That...
Gallbladder CarcinomaMetastatic Cholangiocarcinoma3 moreThis randomized phase II trial studies how well atezolizumab with or without cobimetinib works in treating patients with bile duct cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or gallbladder cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cobimetinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called BRAF. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Giving atezolizumab with cobimetinib may work better at treating patients with bile duct and gallbladder cancer.
Futibatinib Versus Gemcitabine-Cisplatin Chemotherapy as First-Line Treatment of Patients With Advanced...
Advanced CholangiocarcinomaFGFR2 Gene RearrangementsThis is an open-label, multinational, parallel 2-arm, randomized Phase 3 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of futibatinib versus gemcitabine-cisplatin chemotherapy as first-line treatment of patients with advanced, metastatic, or recurrent unresectable iCCA harboring FGFR2 gene rearrangements
Testing A New Combination of Anti-cancer Immune Therapies, Atezolizumab and CDX-1127 (Varlilumab)...
Metastatic Distal Bile Duct AdenocarcinomaMetastatic Gallbladder Carcinoma8 moreThis phase II trial investigates the effect of combining two immune therapies, atezolizumab and CDX-1127 (varlilumab), with or without cobimetinib, in treating patients with biliary tract cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Varlilumab is an immune agonist antibody that may further strengthen the immune system's attack on the cancer. Cobimetinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Giving atezolizumab in combination with varlilumab and cobimetinib may work better than atezolizumab and varlilumab alone in treating patients with unresectable biliary tract cancer.
BOLD-100 in Combination With FOLFOX for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumours
Colorectal CancerPancreatic Cancer2 moreBOLD-100 is an intravenously administered sterile solution containing the ruthenium-based small molecule. BOLD-100 has been shown to preferentially decrease the expression of GRP78 in tumour cells and ER stressed cells when compared to normal cells. BOLD-100 will be combined with cytotoxic FOLFOX chemotherapy in this study, with a dose escalation cohort to ensure tolerability and safety, followed by a cohort expansion phase.
Neoadjuvant Gemcitabine Plus Cisplatin With or Without Durvalumab in Resectable Biliary Tract Cancer...
Biliary Tract NeoplasmsGallbladder Cancer1 moreConsidering that the poor prognosis of resected biliary tract cancer and negative impact on the survival outcomes of R1/R2 resection, neoadjuvant chemotherapy may improve R0 resection rates and the survival outcomes of patients with resectable biliary tract cancer. The addition of durvalumab to gemcitabine/cisplatin as neoadjuvant chemotherapy may improve the R0 resection rates compared to gemcitabine/cisplatin in patients with localized biliary tract cancer. In this phase 2 trial, a total of 45 patients with localized biliary tract cancer will be 2:1 randomized to durvalumab plus gemcitabine/cisplatin or gemcitabine/cisplatin.
