Yttrium Y 90 Ibritumomab Tiuxetan, Fludarabine, Radiation Therapy, and Donor Stem Cell Transplant...
B-cell Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaNodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma15 moreMonoclonal antibodies, such as yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan, can block find cancer cells and either kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Giving monoclonal antibodies, low doses of chemotherapy, such as fludarabine phosphate, and low dose total-body radiation therapy before a donor peripheral stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells and also stops the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine or mycophenolate mofetil after the transplant may stop this from happening
A Safety and Effectiveness Study of Vaccine Therapy in Patients With Indolent Lymphoma
LymphomaFollicular2 morePrimary Objectives: To document the efficacy of treatment with autologous lymphoma-derived HSPPC-96 of selected patients with indolent lymphoma. The efficacy endpoints are: the rate of complete and partial responses the time to progression. Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of autologous tumor-derived heat-shock protein peptide complex (HSPPC-96) administered intradermally once weekly for four consecutive weeks, followed by HSPPC-96 administered once every two weeks. To evaluate the feasibility of autologous HSPPC-96 preparation from lymphoma specimens. To assess approximately the composition of the tissue source of the autologous HSPPC-96 for each patient. To study the effect of autologous lymphoma-derived HSPPC-96 vaccine therapy on the expression of Fas ligand and TRAIL death proteins in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with indolent lymphoma.
Bortezomib and Fludarabine With or Without Rituximab in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory...
Extranodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma of Mucosa-associated Lymphoid TissueHematopoietic/Lymphoid Cancer10 moreThis phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of bortezomib when given together with fludarabine with or without rituximab in treating patients with relapsed or refractory indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking the enzymes necessary for cancer cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as fludarabine, work in different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Giving bortezomib together with fludarabine with or without rituximab may kill more cancer cells.
Iodine I 131 Tositumomab, Etoposide and Cyclophosphamide Followed by Autologous Stem Cell Transplant...
Anaplastic Large Cell LymphomaCutaneous B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma15 moreThis phase II trial is studying how well giving iodine I 131 tositumomab together with etoposide and cyclophosphamide followed by autologous stem cell transplant works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies, such as iodine I 131 tositumomab, can find cancer cells and deliver radioactive cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Combining a radiolabeled monoclonal antibody with combination chemotherapy before autologous stem cell transplant may kill more cancer cells
Dose Ranging Trial for Pixantrone in the FND-R Variant Regimen in Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...
LymphomaLow-Grade8 moreThe aim of this trial is to determine the appropriate dose of pixantrone to be used in this combination and obtain data on the combination's safety and activity profile.
Study of TRPH-222 in Patients With Relapsed and/or Refractory B-Cell Lymphoma
LymphomaLymphoma12 moreThis is a Phase 1, multi-center, open-label study of TRPH-222 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed and/or refractory B-cell NHL. The study will be conducted in two Stages: Dose-Escalation, Dose-Expansion.
Randomized Study for Patients With Follicular Lymphoma Needing Treatment
Follicular Lymphoma2 parallel studies. For young patients (18-60 years): randomization between CHVP + interferon for 18 months and 4 CHOP followed by autotransplant after TBI For elderly patients (>60 years): randomization between CHVP + interferon for 18 months and fludarabine 5 days every months for 6 months
Vaccination of Follicular Lymphomas With Tumor-Derived Immunoglobulin Idiotype
B Cell LymphomaFollicular Lymphoma1 morePatients undergo chemotherapy until remission is obtained, or disease has been stable for two cycles of chemotherapy, or progressive disease develops. Three to six months after completion of chemotherapy, patients who have achieved complete clinical remission or minimal disease status receive a series of 5 injections (given 1-2 months apart) of a vaccine consisting of 0.5 mg autologous tumor-derived immunoglobulin (Id) conjugated to KLH. The vaccine is administered with subcutaneous QS-21 as an immunological adjuvant....
Personalized Risk Stratification Model of Follicular Lymphoma Patients
Follicular LymphomaThe study aims at developping and validating an integrated clinico-molecular model for an accurate identification of FL patients who are progression free and progressed, respectively, at 24 months after treatment.
Study of Untreated or Transformed Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma With Fission-Derived Iodine...
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the blood pharmacokinetics in patients with previously untreated or relapsed follicular or transformed follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma who have received a dosimetric dose of fission-derived iodine I 131 tositumomab.
