Study for Newly Diagnosed Follicular Lymphoma Patients With a Large Tumor Burden
LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to assess in a prospective multicentric study (Phase III) the introduction of a monoclonal antibody directed against B-cells associated with a standard therapy including chemotherapy and alpha-interferon in first line treatment of patients with a large tumor burden follicular lymphoma.
Bendamustine Hydrochloride, Etoposide, Dexamethasone, and Filgrastim For Peripheral Blood Stem Cell...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma27 moreThis phase II trial is studying how well giving bendamustine hydrochloride, etoposide, dexamethasone, and filgrastim together for peripheral stem cell mobilization works in treating patients with refractory or recurrent lymphoma or multiple myeloma. Giving chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride, etoposide, and dexamethasone, before a peripheral stem cell transplant stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. Giving colony-stimulating factors, such as filgrastim, and certain chemotherapy drugs helps stem cells move from the bone marrow to the blood so they can be collected and stored
Safety and Efficacy of Single Agent Obatoclax Mesylate (GX15-070MS) Followed by a Combination With...
LymphomaFollicularDefects in the apoptotic process can lead to the onset of cancer by allowing cells to grow unchecked when an oncogenic signal is present. Obatoclax is designed to restore apoptosis through inhibition of the Bcl-2 family of proteins, thereby reinstating the natural process of cell death that is often inhibited in cancer cells.
Phase II Cancer Vaccine Trial for Patients With Follicular Lymphoma
Follicular LymphomaPatients with non-curable disseminated follicular lymphoma receive local radiotherapy targeting single lymph nodes and injection of low-dose rituximab (anti-CD20) and autologous dendritic cells. The therapy is repeated 3 times, targeting different lesion. Aims are to induce tumor immunity and clinical responses.
A Clinical Trial of Buparlisib and Ibrutinib in Lymphoma
LymphomaMantle Cell Lymphoma2 moreThe purpose of this study is to find out if the combination of buparlisib and ibrutinib will lead to better treatment results in patients with relapsed or refractory Follicular lymphoma, (FL) Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) or Diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The investigators are using buparlisib and ibrutinib because both drugs seem to block different proteins that allow cancer cells to keep growing. Blocking these proteins may help by making the cancer cells undergo cell death, which will stop uncontrolled tumor growth.
Monoclonal Antibody Therapy and Peripheral Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Non-Hodgkin's...
Contiguous Stage II Adult Diffuse Large Cell LymphomaContiguous Stage II Adult Diffuse Small Cleaved Cell Lymphoma48 moreThis phase I trial is studying how well monoclonal antibody therapy with peripheral stem cell transplant works in treating patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Peripheral stem cell transplant may allow the doctor to give higher doses of monoclonal antibodies and kill more cancer cells
A Study of TAK-659 as a Single Agent in Adult East Asian Participants With Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...
LymphomaNon-Hodgkin3 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TAK-659 when administered in East Asian participants with NHL who do not have an effective standard treatment available and to characterize the plasma and urine pharmacokinetic (PK) of TAK-659 in East Asian participants with NHL.
Study Comparing Inotuzumab Ozogamicin In Combination With Rituximab Versus Defined Investigator's...
LymphomaFollicularThis protocol is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of inotuzumab ozogamicin given with rituximab compared to a defined investigator's choice therapy. Subjects will be randomized to one of these two arms of the study.
Deferasirox for Treating Patients Who Have Undergone Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant and Have Iron...
Iron OverloadAccelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia102 moreRATIONALE: Low dose deferasirox may be safe and effective in treating patients who have undergone hematopoietic stem cell transplant and have iron overload. PURPOSE: This pilot clinical trial studies safety and tolerability of deferasirox in hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients who have iron overload. Effect of low dose deferasirox on labile plasma iron is also examined.
Study of the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Efficacy of Duvortuxizumab (JNJ-64052781)...
LeukemiaLymphocytic9 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine whether duvortuxizumab and ibrutinib can be combined safely and to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) in Part 1 and the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and to further explore the safety of duvortuxizumab in combination with ibrutinib at the RP2D in participants with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in Part 2.
