The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Integrative Medicine at Home (IM@Home) program can help reduce patients' symptoms (such as tiredness, pain, or insomnia) and improve their satisfaction with treatment for their disease. The IM@Home program offers virtual (online rather than in-person) group classes focusing on mind-body practice. Mind-body practice is a health practice that combines mental focus, controlled breathing, and body movements to help relax the body and mind.

It aims to : for endometrial cancer.:validate the 5-miR index assessed in plasma samples as a diagnostic marker to assess the risk of lymph node metastases for ovarian cancer : to validate the previous finding on the prognostic value of the pre-/post-treatment variation of miR200b plasma concentrations with regards to PFS (the investigators mean the primary treatment including up-front or post-chemotherapy debulking and adjuvant chemotherapy).

Using Reiki Therapy to Improve Symptoms Associated With Brachytherapy in Patients With Gynecological...

The goal of this open label, randomized, controlled clinical trial is to assess the benefits of providing Reiki therapy to subjects receiving their first brachytherapy treatment for gynecological malignancies. Participants will either receive a session of Reiki therapy or usual care during the standard wait time between the placement of the brachytherapy device and brachytherapy treatment. Questionnaires will be administered at various time points on the day of the participant's first brachytherapy treatment as well as at the three month follow-up time point. Researchers will compare the intervention (Reiki therapy) and control (usual care) groups to assess the impact of the Reiki therapy on anxiety, pain, state anxiety, depression, and physiological measurements.

A program that can help patients learn about their cancer and treatment options, and allows the patient's healthcare providers to receive their questionnaire results, may help patients identify and get help to treat their symptoms.

CFS may help in reducing worries, fears, and uncertainty in patients with advanced lung or gynecological cancer.
