Study of ST266 Given by Intranasal Delivery in Glaucoma Suspect Subjects
Ocular HypertensionThe primary objective of this trial is to assess the safety of ST266 given by non-invasive intranasal trans-cribriform delivery to glaucoma suspect subjects with ocular hypertension, optic nerve cupping, or family history of glaucoma.

A Phase III Study Assessing the Efficacy and Safety of DE-117 Ophthalmic Solution Compared With...
Glaucoma and Ocular HypertensionThis is a Phase III, randomized, double-masked, active-controlled, parallel-group, multi-center study. Subjects diagnosed with glaucoma or OHT who meet eligibility criteria at Visit 1 (Screening) will washout of their current topical IOP-lowering medication(s), if any. After completing the required washout period, subjects will return for Visit 2 (Baseline, Day 1). Subjects who meet all eligibility criteria at baseline will be randomized to receive double-masked treatment for 3 months. Adult subjects will receive open-label DE-117 Ophthalmic Solution for an additional 9 months. Approximately 400 adult subjects and up to 30 pediatric subjects with glaucoma or OHT who meet all eligibility criteria will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either: DE-117 Ophthalmic Solution once daily and Vehicle once daily, or Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Solution 0.5% twice daily. The study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of DE-117 Ophthalmic Solution compared with Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Solution 0.5% in subjects with glaucoma or OHT through Month 3 and will provide additional safety data through Month 12 for subjects receiving DE-117.

Open Angle GlaucomaOcular HypertensionTest ocular hypotensive efficacy and systemic safety of netarsudil 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.04% relative to placebo in subjects with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension in Japan

Phacoemulsification Versus Phacoemulsification With Micro-bypass Stent
Primary Angle-Closure GlaucomaPrimary Angle Closure Without Glaucoma DamageAssessing the safety and efficacy of a micro-bypass stent in combination with cataract surgery in subjects with primary angle closure. Subjects are randomized into two arms: phacoemulsification cataract surgery alone versus phacoemulsification cataract surgery combined with the micro-bypass stent implantation. Post surgery intraocular eye pressure will be recorded to assess the efficacy of both arms.

GlaucomaThis study is a randomized, open-label, 2-period, parallel group, multiple-dose phase 1 study to evaluate drug-drug Interaction, safety and tolerability in case of the co-administration of D565 and D930, in healthy male subjects

Nebivolol 0.5, 1.0, or Timolol 0.5 Suspension Compared to Timolol 0.5 Solution to Treat Glaucoma/Ocular...
Open-Angle GlaucomaOcular HypertensionThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety (in the eye and throughout the body) and effectiveness of nebivolol (0.5 and 1 percent) and timolol (0.5 percent) eye drop suspensions. These eye drops will be compared to timolol 0.5 percent eye drop solution in participants with open angle glaucoma (the most common type of glaucoma) or high eye pressure (ocular hypertension).
