A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, PK, PD, and Clinical Activity of EQ001 in Subjects...
Acute-graft-versus-host DiseaseaGVHD3 moreThis is a multi-center study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, PD, and clinical activity of EQ001 in subjects with Acute Graft Versus Host Disease (aGVHD).
Evaluation of 0.05% CsA and 0.1% FK506 Eye Drops in Ocular GVHD Treatment
Graft Versus Host Disease in EyeIt is planned to explore the efficacy and safety of local 0.05% cyclosporine eye drops in the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host eye disease. Through the comparative study with 0.1% tacrolimus eye drops, to clarify the short-term and long-term efficacy of 0.05% CSA in these patients, and to explore the benefits of long-term maintenance of local cyclosporine to patients.
A Study of the Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) Inhibitor Ibrutinib in Participants With Steroid Dependent/Refractory...
Graft vs Host DiseaseThe purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy of ibrutinib in Japanese participants with steroid dependent/refractory chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) by measuring overall cGVHD response (complete response [CR] and partial response [PR] defined by National Institutes of Health [NIH] consensus development project criteria [2014]).
Allogenic Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells Infusion in Patients With Steroid-refractory GVHD
Graft Versus Host DiseaseGraft versus host disease is a serious and often life-threatening complication in allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Although corticosteroids are the first-choice of treatment in these patients, but about 30-50% patients do not respond to it and develop steroid-refractory GVHD. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) have emerged as a promising treatment option in these patients. This phase-I/II clinical trial aims at establishing the safety and clinical efficacy of allogenic ex-vivo cultured MSCs to treat steroid-refractory GVHD in a Pakistani HSCT cohort.
Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of Tacrolimus (Prograf Capsule/Injection) and Methotrexate...
Graft Versus Host DiseaseThe objective of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of Tacrolimus (Prograf capsule, Prograf injection) and Methotrexate combination therapy for GVHD prophylaxis in patients who received peripheral hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from a sibling donor, and to compare with data from a historical control group that administered a conventional Cyclosporine formulation.
Topical Vitamin D in Acute Graft Versus Host Disease of the Skin
Graft Vs Host DiseaseThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of Calcipotriene cream. This is a synthetic vitamin D3 derivative for topical use. It is used to treat grade 1-3 acute skin graft versus host disease (GVHD) in hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) recipients. Calcipotriene will be used as the exclusive topical therapy in addition to standard of care GVHD treatment prescribed for the study subject by the primary physician.
Study of Ixazomib to Prevent Recurrent or Late Acute and Chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease 1-year...
Myeloid Hematologic MalignancyLymphoid Hematologic MalignancyThis is a single arm open label phase 2 study evaluating the potential effect of ixazomib on the prevention of recurrent or late acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and chronic GVHD at 1-year following reduced intensity (RI) or non-myeloablative (NMA) allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for the treatment of hematologic malignancies.
Topical Fibrinogen-Depleted Human Platelet Lysate in Patients With Dry Eye Secondary to Graft vs....
Dry EyeGraft-versus-host-disease1 moreThe purpose of this Phase 1/2 study is to compare the safety and tolerability of four times a day (QID) dosing of a non-preserved topical ocular drop formulation of 10 vol/vol % and 30 vol/vol % of FD hPL to vehicle control eye drops in patients with Dry Eye Disease (DED) secondary to Graft vs. Host Disease (GvHD).
Safety of Itacitinib in Combination With Corticosteroids for Treatment of Steroid-Naive Acute Graft-Versus-Host...
Acute Graft-versus-host DiseaseThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of itacitinib in combination with corticosteroids in Japanese subjects with Grades II to IV acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD).
Imatinib and Rituximab in Treating Cutaneous Sclerosis in Patients With Chronic Graft-Versus-Host...
Graft Versus Host DiseaseSystemic SclerodermaThis randomized phase II trial is evaluating how well imatinib mesylate works compared to rituximab in treating cutaneous sclerosis in patients with chronic graft- versus-host disease (GVHD). Both imatinib and rituximab have been reported to decrease skin thickening and improve skin and joint flexibility in people with cutaneous sclerosis due to chronic GVHD.
