The Influence of TaKeTiNa Music Therapy, Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Clown Theatrical Performance...
Hematological NeoplasmGraft-Versus-Host Disease4 moreThe allogenic stem cell transplantation (aSCT), the only curative approach for many hematological diseases, often leads to severe diseases or chronic conditions, leaving patients with physical disabilities and severe depression and impacting their quality of life in many cases. These consequences are still not adequately addressed by conventional therapies. In this study, the investigators examine the influence of the three complementary medicine methods (CAM) namely acupuncture according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), music therapy according to the TaKeTiNa method and the psychological disease processing by theatrical clown performance on the quality of life and the therapy process of patients before and after aSCT.
Study of Nonmyeloablative Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant With High-dose Posttransplantation...
Hematopoietic MalignanciesThis is an open label phase II single arm study of peripheral blood stem cell transplantation and posttransplantation cyclophosphamide, using HLA full match or haploidentical related donors, in hematological malignancies including those difficult to engraft. The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility in nonmyeloablative, partially HLA-mismatched or HLA-matched PBSC transplant from haploidentical donors or fully matched donors with post-grafting immunosuppression that includes high-dose cyclophosphamide, tacrolimus, and Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF).
A Phase 1 Trial of a Single ProHema® CB Product for Pediatric Patients With Hematologic Malignancies...
Hematologic MalignanciesThis is an open-label, safety study of a single ProHema-CB product administered following myeloablative conditioning regimen in pediatric subjects with hematologic malignancies.
Safety, PD & Efficacy of MT-3724 for the Treatment of Patients With Relapsed or Refractory DLBCL...
Non-Hodgkin's B-cell LymphomaLeukemia7 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of MT-3724 in subjects with relapsed or refractory B-Cell NHL or relapsed and refractory CLL (Part 1 only) and relapsed and refractory DLBCL (Part 2 and Part 3). Part 3 evaluates the efficacy of MT-3724.
Treosulfan-TMI Conditioning and Rapamycin GvHD Prophylaxis Before Allo-HSCT
Irradiated Bone MarrowTransplant-Related Hematologic Malignancy4 moreTrRaMM-TMI is a phase I trial to evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of an original sequential TMI/TrRaMM (Total Marrow Irradiation/Treosulfan-Rapamycin-Mycophenolate Mofetil) schedule in patients with hematological malignancies in advanced stage of disease undergoing an allogenic Stem Cell Transplant (SCT). The aim is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of TMI when combined with conditioning chemotherapy to transplant according to TrRaMM schedule.
Nivolumab and Tocilizumab for Relapsed Hematological Malignancy Post-allogeneic Transplant
Acute LeukemiaChronic Leukemia2 moreThis is a phase 1, interventional single arm, open label, treatment study designed to evaluate the safety combination programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) inhibition in participants with relapsed disease post-allogeneic transplant.
Central Nervous System Disorders Following Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
Central Nervous System InfectionsCentral Nervous System Complication4 moreAll patients undergoing allogeneic or autologous HSCT at the participating centres will be observed. Once a diagnosis of CNS disorder is made, additional data will be reported for these patients. We will identify clinical and diagnostic characteristics such as cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and neuroimaging patterns, risk factors, response to treatment (including novel antifungal agents such as isavuconazole) and outcome. In addition, risk factors for CNS disorders after allogeneic and autologous HSCT will be analyzed using a prospectively assessed matched control group. In the future, this study might be the basis for an interventional trial (e.g. using a prophylactic approach).
Study of AZD0466 Monotherapy or in Combination in Patients With Advanced Haematological Malignancies...
Haematological MalignanciesThe purpose of the study is to the evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and efficacy of AZD0466 as monotherapy in partciapants with advanced haematological malignancies and also to assess drug-drug interaction (DDI) potential between AZD0466 and the azole antifungal voriconazole.
Dose-Escalation and Dose-Expansion Study of ZX-101A in Patients With Relapsed/Resistant or Refractory...
Non-hodgkin LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia1 moreZX-101A-101 is a Phase 1/2a, first-in-human, open-label, multicenter, multiple-ascending dose study to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamic, and preliminary antitumor activity of ZX-101A administered orally (PO) once daily (QD) in 28-day cycles in patients with relapsed/resistant or refractory advanced hematologic malignancies [Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL), indolent NHL, and other NHL subtypes).
T-Cell Replete Haploidentical Donor Hematopoietic Stem Cell Plus Natural Killer (NK) Cell Transplantation...
Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute Myelocytic Leukemia6 moreThe primary aim of this protocol is to evaluate if the one-year survival is significantly improved in the group of patients who receive a T-cell replete haploidentical donor hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) with a novel reduced intensity conditioning regimen. Study population will consist of patients (21 years or under) with hematologic malignancies that have relapsed or are refractory after prior allogeneic transplant. Toxicity will be evaluated by the rate of transplant related mortality and the rates of moderate and severe graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) at day 100. The investigators will describe event-free, and disease-free survival at one year, as well as the rates of hematopoietic recovery and donor engraftment and study comprehensively immune reconstitution following T-cell replete haploidentical transplantation.
