This is a Phase 1 study evaluating the pharmacokinetics, tolerability and safety of a single dose of ipatasertib in participants with mild, moderate or severe hepatic impairment compared to healthy participants.

This study analyses the effect of intravenous branched chain amino acids (BCAA) on overt HE in patients with ACLF. The investigators plan to study the efficacy of combining intravenous BCAA with lactulose versus lactulose alone in the medical management of overt HE in patients with ACLF and its impact on overall survival and improvement in grade of HE.

The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK) of HCV-796 in subjects with chronic hepatic impairment and in matched healthy adults.

The methods for separation of mesenchymal stem cell were established in 2001. These cells can differentiate to osteocytes, hepatocytes, chondrocytes, myocytes and etc,. In this study the investigators try to separate mesenchymal stem cell from end stage liver disease, then these cells will be differentiated to progenitor of hepatocytes, finally , the investigators injected these cells into portal vein under ultrasound guide. The investigators determine the effects of injected cells in reestablishment of liver function.
