Nivolumab Maintenance Therapy After Autologous Stem Cell Transplant in Hodgkin Lymphoma Pts at Relapse/Progression...
Hodgkin LymphomaThis is a Phase II single-arm open-label study of nivolumab as maintenance therapy after autologous stem cell transplantation in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma at risk of relapse or progression.
Ibrutinib in Treating Patients With Refractory or Relapsed Lymphoma After Donor Stem Cell Transplant...
Blastoid Variant Mantle Cell LymphomaRecurrent Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia7 moreThis phase II trial studies how well ibrutinib works in treating patients after a donor stem cell transplant for lymphoma that is not responding to treatment or has come back. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
A Study of Tislelizumab as Monotherapy in Relapsed or Refractory Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma
Classical Hodgkin LymphomaThe primary objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of tislelizumab assessed by Independent Review Committee (IRC) in participants with relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), as measured by Overall Response Rate (ORR) per the Lugano Classification
Basiliximab #2: In-Vivo Activated T-Cell Depletion to Prevent Graft-Versus_Host Disease (GVHD) After...
Acute Myelogenous LeukemiaAcute Lymphocytic Leukemia11 moreThe purpose of this study is to compare the effects (good and bad) of the medication basiliximab in combination with cyclosporine (investigational therapy) for the prevention of a complication of bone marrow transplantation known as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). GVHD is a complication in which the cells of the transplanted bone marrow react against organs and tissues.
Safety Study Looking at the Use of a Natural Killer Cell Line Against Hematological Malignancies...
LeukemiaLymphoma2 moreThe purpose of this study is to find out how many irradiated natural killer (NK) cells can be safely given to patients with cancer that has recurred after an autologous stem cell transplant, and to see what effects (good and bad) it has on the patient and their cancer. This research is being done because currently, there is no cure or effective treatment for blood-borne cancers when it has come back after an autologous stem cell transplant.
AR-42 in Treating Patients With Advanced or Relapsed Multiple Myeloma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia,...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma65 moreRATIONALE: AR-42 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of AR-42 in treating patients with advanced or relapsed multiple myeloma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, or lymphoma.
Study of the Safety and Tolerability of PCI-24781 in Patients With Lymphoma
LymphomaHodgkin Disease2 moreThe first part of the study will determine the highest dose of study drug that can be taken without causing serious side effects in patients with lymphoma. The appropriate dose determined from the first part of the study will be used in the second part of the study to assess disease response in 2 different types of lymphoma patients.
Phase II Study of Oral Panobinostat in Adult Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Classical Hodgkin's...
Classical Hodgkin's LymphomaThis study evaluated the efficacy of oral panobinostat in participants with refractory/relapsed classical Hodgkins lymphoma (HL) who have received prior treatment with high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant. Safety of panobinostat also was assessed. Other markers that may correlate with efficacy or safety were explored.
Rituximab in Treating Patients Undergoing Donor Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant for Relapsed...
B-cell Adult Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaB-cell Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia36 moreThis phase II trial studies giving rituximab before and after a donor peripheral blood stem cell transplant in patients with B-cell lymphoma that does not respond to treatment (refractory) or has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed). Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving rituximab before and after a donor peripheral blood stem cell transplant may help stop cancer from coming back and may help keep the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells.
Umbilical Cord Blood Transplant for Hematological Malignancies
CMLAML5 moreThis protocol will enroll subjects with advanced hematologic malignancies who do not have a suitable related or unrelated donor to undergo a Stem Cell Transplant. In this study, subjects will undergo a Stem Cell Transplant using Cord Blood. Part of the cord blood will be used for the Stem Cell Transplant and part of the cord blood will be sent to a laboratory in order to grow the T cells (from the cord blood) and increase the activity of the cord blood T cells. The purpose of this part of the study is to see if it is safe to give study subjects activated T cells made from a small portion of their donor UCB unit immediately after the UCB transplant. Activated T cells have been used safely in stem cell transplantation studies in the past, but they have never been studied UCB transplantation.
