This clinical trial is for men and women with whose lymphoma (non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin) did not respond to treatment or has returned after responding to previous therapy, and who are in need of a stem cell transplant. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of giving the drug Bendamustine, followed by high dose chemotherapy, within two weeks prior to a stem cell transplant for lymphoma that has not achieved a complete response to salvage (treatment used for relapsed disease) chemotherapy.

The purpose of this research study is to find the maximum tolerated dose of a drug called romidepsin when given with a treatment regimen called GemOxD. GemOxD is a routine treatment for certain types of lymphoma, and involves the administration of three drugs: gemcitabine, oxaliplatin, and dexamethasone. In addition to finding the maximum tolerated dose of romidepsin, the investigators want to look at the side effects of these drugs when given together, as well as how the lymphoma responds to this treatment.

This trial is a prospective, open-label, single-arm trial of the safety of a single FT1050-treated CB unit for hematopoietic reconstitution after a reduced-intensity conditioning regimen for hematologic malignancies. A maximum of 40 eligible adult subjects will be enrolled and treated in the trial at approximately 2-4 centers within the U.S.

This phase II trial studies how well giving fludarabine phosphate, melphalan, and low-dose total-body irradiation (TBI) followed by donor peripheral blood stem cell transplant (PBSCT) works in treating patients with hematologic malignancies. Giving chemotherapy drugs such as fludarabine phosphate and melphalan, and low-dose TBI before a donor PBSCT helps stop the growth of cancer and abnormal cells and helps stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. When the healthy stem cells from the donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cell from a donor can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), and methotrexate after transplant may stop this from happening

This study will gather information about the combination the drugs plerixafor with sargramostim in donors of blood-forming cells (stem cells). These stem cells will be collected from the donor and transplanted into their sibling. The investigators believe that the two drugs together will provide enough stem cells for transplantation and may also reduce the risk of graft versus host disease.

The investigators will estimate the risk to develop breast cancer in this population of women treated for hodgkin disease, and will propose women at high rish to participate in an intensive screening program based on an annual detection based on mammography, echography, and RMI.

PLX3397 is a selective inhibitor of Fms, Kit, and oncogenic Flt3 activity.The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, as measured by overall response rate, of orally administered PLX3397 in patients with relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). Secondary objectives include safety, the duration of response, the disease control rate, progression free survival, and how the drug affects your body.
