A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Active-controlled, Parallel group, Factorial Design, Phase III Clinical Trial.

Purpose of the study is to determine the effect of the investigational products as consumed with a meal on serum lipids, primarily on LDL cholesterol.

Primary Objective: To evaluate the effect of irbesartan/atorvastatin fixed-dose combination comparing to each irbesartan and atorvastatin on flow mediated dilation change in type 2 diabetic patients diagnosed with hyperlipidemia, hypertension.
