Open-angle GlaucomaOcular HypertensionThis study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of once daily administered 0.03% Bimatoprost/0.5% Timolol Ophthalmic Solution compared with once daily administered 0.03% Bimatoprost Ophthalmic Solution and once daily administered 0.5% Timolol Ophthalmic Solution concurrently in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension
Safety and Efficacy of a New Ophthalmic Formulation of Bimatoprost in Patients With Open Angle Glaucoma...
Open-Angle GlaucomaOcular HypertensionThis study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of new ophthalmic formulations of bimatoprost in patients with open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. At least 3 dose strengths will be evaluated based on internal data review of each cohort. The study was planned to be conducted in 2 stages. Stage 1 was an open-label and Stage 2 was planned to be masked; however only Stage 1 was conducted.
A Phase IV Study of Travoprost + Brinzolamide to Treat Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension
GlaucomaOcular HypertensionDouble blind, crossover randomized, multicentric study to compare efficacy and tolerability of concomitant administration of travoprost and brinzolamide versus timolol-dorzolamide fixed combination in patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension
Preservative-Free MK2452 (Tafluprost) for Open-Angle Glaucoma/Ocular Hypertension (MK2452-001)(COMPLETED)...
Open-angle GlaucomaOcular HypertensionThis study was to compare the safety and efficacy of the preservative-free formulation of 0.0015% MK2452 (tafluprost) and preservative-free 0.5% timolol maleate in patients with open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. This study was to demonstrate that the preservative-free formulation of 0.0015% tafluprost is non-inferior to preservative-free 0.5% timolol maleate.
Safety and Efficacy of Daily CF101 Administered Orally in Subjects With Elevated Intraocular Pressure...
Ocular HypertensionGlaucomaThis study will test the hypothesis that CF101, administered orally, will reduce intraocular pressure in patients with ocular hypertension and/or glaucoma. Eligible patients with elevated intraocular pressure will be evaluated and treated by ophthalmologist investigators, and will receive either CF101 pills or placebo (dummy) pills twice daily for 16 weeks. Ocular pressure, visual fields, and other aspects of safety and effectiveness will be monitored on a regular basis.
A Study of the L-PPDS With Adjunctive Xalatan® Eye Drops in Subjects With OH or OAG
Ocular HypertensionOpen-Angle GlaucomaThe objective of this study is to investigate how the intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering effect of the L-PPDS is altered by adjunctive Xalatan therapy.
Evaluation of Safety of SPARC0913 in Open Angle Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension
Open Angle GlaucomaOcular HypertensionThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety of SPARC0913. A multicenter, open label, non-randomized, uncontrolled, single group assignment, safety study of subjects with primary open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension is planned. Subjects will receive study medication for a period of 24-weeks.
