The specific aim of the study is to determine whether a freeze dried powder provided by the California Strawberries Commission, can reduce blood pressure in patients with pre-hypertension. The powder is prepared by the California Strawberry Commission (CSC).

The objective of this Investigation is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of long-term treatment with Xalacom in medical practice. Also, occurrence of unknown and known adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in subjects treated with Xalacom will be monitored during the survey period, and whether an additional treatment outcome investigation and/or a post-marketing clinical study is required in the future will be determined.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether 24-hour fluctuation of intraocular pressure (IOP) is associated with central corneal thickness (CCT) in subjects with ocular hypertension or open angle glaucoma and in age-matched controls. Also to evaluate whether mean IOP reduction as a response to latanoprost (0.005% Xalatan) is associated with CCT, after a 4-weeks period of treatment. Also, to evaluate whether 24-hour fluctuation of IOP is associated with corneal hysteresis (CH) measured by Ocular Response Analyzer (ORA).

The purpose of this study is to provide sildenafil therapy to eligible adult patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and to the patients who completed the A1481142 study for the treatment of PAH in Poland. Only safety and tolerability data will be collected in these patients.

Patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH) suffer from chronic shortness of breath, and have impaired survival related to progressive right ventricular failure. Abnormal vasoreactivity to nitric oxide(NO) plays a role in the pathophysiology of PAH. Phosphodiesterase Type 5 Inhibitor (PDE5 inhibitors) sildenafil have been shown to be beneficial in PAH, but extent of benefit is variable.
