Polycystic ovary syndrome accounts for the vast majority of anovulatory symptoms and hyperandrogenism in women. The diagnosis of Polycystic ovary syndrome has life-long implications, with increased risk for infertility, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and possibly for cardiovascular disease and endometrial carcinoma. Polycystic ovary syndrome is diagnosed in adolescents with otherwise unexplained, persistent hyperandrogenic anovulatory symptoms that are inappropriate for age and stage of adolescence. It should be considered in any adolescent girl with a chief complaint of hirsutism, treatment-resistant acne, menstrual irregularity, acanthosis nigricans, and/or obesity

The EFFORT study compares the impact on fertility of operation or fertility treatment (IVF, in vitro fertilization) in a multicenter randomized controlled trial. The study population consists of women with colorectal deep infiltrating endometriosis and a pregnancy intention. These women will be randomized to either of the two treatment groups: Group A = Operation or Group B = fertility treatment (IVF). Group A will be further divided postoperatively into spontaneous conception or IVF depending on the Endometriosis Fertility Index score.

This study will test a psychological intervention for the treatment of distress related to infertility. The intervention will pair reading a book "The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook" by Kristin Neff with guided meditations using the Centre for Mindfulness Studies mobile app. Individuals with infertility will complete the 8-week program and complete psychological outcome measures before and after.

The goal to this clinical trial is to study the effectiveness and safety of automitochondrial transplantation of urine derived stem cells(USCs) in in elderly patients with low prognosis after repeated IVF failure. The main questions it aims to answer are: (1）test the effectiveness and safety of automitochondrial transplantation of urine derived stem cells (2) establish intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) mitochondrial transplantation platform Participants will be asked to:1)urine collections to further culture of autologous USCs 2)ovarian stimulation、trigger eggs、ICSI with autologous mitochondria 3）embryo transfer 4)accept pregnancy follow-up at given point

The study will be a parallel randomised trial. There are two groups. The first group will be given prophylactic antibiotics before a procedure (hysterosalpingography) and the second group will be given a placebo(multivitamin). Outcomes will then be assessed.

Options for childbearing are limited for the thousands of women in the United States who suffer from absolute uterine factor infertility. Uterine transplantation is an emerging treatment that provides hope for these individuals. In the Penn UNTIL trial, the investigators plan to perform uterus transplants on five women who will ultimately undergo embryo transfer, pregnancy, delivery, and then transplant hysterectomy. This trial is accepting women in need of a transplant and also women who are interested in being a live donor. This research study is about the effects of diet and exercise in women undergoing fertility treatment.

Bed rest after embryo transfer (ET) has been clinically advised without robust scientific evidence. In investigators' unit, post ET instructions are given immediately after ET to sub-fertile women while lying in bed. The aim of the study is to compare the reproductive outcome of this practice compared with immediate ambulation and giving instructions after emptying the bladder.
