R-CHOP Combined With Lenalidomide in the First-line Treatment for Patients With Diffuse Large B...
Diffuse Large B Cell LymphomaThis is a prospective single arm, multi-center, phase II clinical trial to observe the efficacy and safety of R-CHOP (Rituximab-Cyclophosphamide, Epirubicin, Vincristine and Prednisone) combined with lenalidomide in the first-line treatment for patients with medium to high risk/high risk diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
CD19+Targeted CAR-T Cell Therapy for Relapsed/Refractory CD19+ B Cell Leukemia and Lymphoma
LeukemiaLymphoma10 moreThis is a single arm study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CD19-targeted CAR-T cells therapy for patients with relapsed/refractory CD19+ B Cell Leukemia and Lymphoma.
Zanubrutinib, in Combination With Lenalidomide, With or Without Rituximab in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory...
Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaThe primary objective of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated doses (MTD) and the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and safety and tolerability of zanubrutinib in combination with lenalidomide in participants with R/R DLBCL by dose escalating lenalidomide
Prephase Treatment With Prednisone +/- Vitamin D Supplementation Followed by Immunochemotherapy...
Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaElderly PatientsThis is an open-label, multicenter, randomized phase III trial. The study plans to randomize patients with a 1 to 1 ratio to Arm A (Standard arm) or Arm B (Experimental arm). All patients of both arms will receive a prephase with oral prednisone before 6 cycles Q21 of immunochemotherapy with R-CHOP or R-miniCHOP at standard doses; patients in the Experimental arm (Arm B) will receive also a prephase therapy with VitD and a supplementation of VitD during the intere period of immunochemotherapy according to a prefixed schedule. Choice of type of immunochemotherapy will not rely on Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment result, but treatment at reduced doses with R-miniCHOP is highly recommended option for UNFIT and FRAIL patients.
A Study of C-CAR039 in Subjects With Relapsed and/or Refractory B Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
B Cell Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaThis is a single-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of C-CAR039 in relapsed and/or refractory B cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma patients.
ALX148, Rituximab and Lenalidomide for the Treatment of Indolent and Aggressive B-cell Non-Hodgkin...
Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaAnn Arbor Stage III Grade 2 Follicular Lymphoma18 moreThis phase I/II trial finds out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of ALX148 in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide in treating patients with indolent and aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Immunotherapy with ALX148, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein called CD20 found on B-cells, and may kill cancer cells. Giving ALX148 in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide may help to control the disease.
Autologous Cells Derived Anti-CD19 CAR-Engineered T Cells With Concurrent BTK Inhibitor for B Cell...
Diffuse Large B Cell LymphomaBurkitt Lymphoma3 moreThis is a single-center, open-label and pragmatic clinical trial to evaluate the primary efficacy and safety of anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-modified T cells (CART-CD19) with concurrent BTK inhibitor in patients with relapsed or refractory B cell lymphoma
A Study ATG-101 in Patients With Metastatic/Advanced Solid Tumors and Mature B-cell Non-Hodgkin...
Advanced Solid TumorMetastatic Solid Tumor1 moreThis is a First-in-Human Phase I trial of ATG-101 in Patients with Metastatic/Advanced Solid Tumors and Mature B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas.
CpG-STAT3 siRNA CAS3/SS3 and Localized Radiation Therapy for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory...
Recurrent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma18 moreThis phase I trial identifies the best dose and side effects of CpG-STAT3 siRNA CAS3/SS3 (CAS3/SS3) in combination with localized radiation therapy in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). CAS3/SS3 simultaneously targets two molecules, TLR9 receptor and STAT3. This investigational drug combines a CpG oligonucleotide and an siRNA in one molecule that act together to interfere with the ability of the cancer cells to grow. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Giving CAS3/SS3 with localized radiation therapy may kill more cancer cells.
A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Anti-cancer Activity of Loncastuximab Tesirine in Combination...
B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRelapsed B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma1 moreThe primary objective of this study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of loncastuximab tesirine in combination with polatuzumab vedotin, glofitamab, or mosunetuzumab, and to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended dose for expansion (RDE) for the combinations.
