Elsamitrucin (SPI 28090) for Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Mantle Cell LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic LymphomaTo determine the safety and efficacy of elsamitrucin in patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). To determine if elsamitrucin is efficacious in a particular pathologic NHL subtype(s).
Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone With or Without Gemcitabine in Treating...
LymphomaSmall Intestine CancerRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one chemotherapy drug may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying giving combination chemotherapy together with gemcitabine to see how well it works compared to giving combination chemotherapy alone in treating patients with previously untreated aggressive stage II, stage III, or stage IV non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Study of SGN-30 (Antibody) in Patients With Refractory or Recurrent Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma...
Anaplastic Large-Cell LymphomaTo investigate safety and antitumor activity of SGN-30 in patients with Hodgkin's Disease and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). As of March 22, 2005, interim analysis of the Hodgkin's Disease (HD) arm has been completed per the statistical plan in the protocol. SG030-0003 is now closed to further recruitment of HD patients.
Study Evaluating CMC-544 In B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
LymphomaB-CellTo determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD), the tolerability, and the initial safety profile of CMC-544 in subjects with B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL).
Y 90 Ibritumomab Tiuxetan &Rituximab Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...
LymphomaRATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan and rituximab, can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver radioactive cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Combining yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan with rituximab may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combining yttrium Y 90 Ibritumomab tiuxetan with rituximab in treating patients who have relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
FR901228 in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
LymphomaThis phase II trial is studying how well FR901228 works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as FR901228, work in different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die.
Avastin Plus Rituximab for Patients With B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
LymphomaPhase II Study of Avastin Plus Rituximab for Patients with Relapsed and Chemotherapy - or Rituxan Refractory Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Gallium Nitrate in Treating Patients With AIDS-Related Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
LymphomaRATIONALE: Chemotherapy uses different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of gallium nitrate in treating patients with AIDS-related non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Irinotecan in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
LymphomaRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of irinotecan in treating patients with recurrent or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Combination Chemotherapy and Bone Marrow and/or Peripheral Stem Cell Transplantation in Treating...
LymphomaRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Bone marrow and peripheral stem cell transplantation may allow doctors to give high doses of chemotherapy and kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combination chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, etoposide and cisplatin followed by bone marrow and/or peripheral stem cell transplantation in patients with relapsed or refractory intermediate- or high-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
