Frontline Treatment of Follicular Lymphoma With AtezolizUmab and Obinutuzumab With and Without RadiOtherapy...
Follicular LymphomaThis single-arm phase II interventional study aims to assess disease response to, and toxicity of, a combination of obinutuzumab and atezolizumab, with or without radiotherapy, in treatment naive Follicular Lymphoma. The study will involve an induction phase and a maintenance phase for responding participants, for up to 24 months. Response to treatment will be monitored using medical imaging and clinical assessment.

Follicular LymphomaMarginal Zone LymphomaThis is a Phase 3 double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study designed to investigate whether tafasitamab and lenalidomide as an add-on to rituximab provides improved clinical benefit compared with lenalidomide as an add-on to rituximab in patients with R/R FL Grade 1 to 3a or R/R MZL.
A Phase III Multicenter, Randomized Study Comparing RIT Vs ASCT in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory...
Relapsed Follicular LymphomaThis is a Phase III, multicenter, open-label, randomized and controlled study to compare the efficacy of a consolidation therapy with RIT versus ASCT in patients with FL in CR or PR after second or third line chemotherapy supplemented with rituximab.
Genetically Engineered Lymphocyte Therapy After Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant in Treating...
Recurrent Grade 1 Follicular LymphomaRecurrent Grade 2 Follicular Lymphoma3 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of genetically engineered lymphocyte therapy and to see how well it works after peripheral blood stem cell transplant (PBSCT) in treating patients with high-risk, intermediate-grade, B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Genetically engineered lymphocyte therapy may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Giving rituximab together with chemotherapy before a PBSCT stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. Giving colony-stimulating factors, such as filgrastim (G-CSF), or plerixafor helps stem cells move from the bone marrow to the blood so they can be collected and stored. More chemotherapy or radiation therapy is given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Giving genetically engineered lymphocyte therapy after PBSCT may be an effective treatment for NHL.
Anakinra for the Reduction of CAR-T Toxicity in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Large B-cell...
Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Cell NeoplasmRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma7 moreThis phase II trial studies the side effects and best dose of anakinra and to see how well it works in reducing side effects (toxicity) associated with a CAR-T cell treatment called axicabtagene ciloleucel in patients with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or has not responded to treatment (refractory). Anakinra is a drug typically used to treat rheumatoid arthritis but may also help in reducing CAR-T cell therapy toxicity. Giving anakinra in combination with axicabtagene ciloleucel may help control relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma.
CC-486, Lenalidomide, and Obinutuzumab for the Treatment of Recurrent or Refractory CD20 Positive...
Indolent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma17 moreThis phase I/Ib trial investigates the side effects of CC-486 and how well it works in combination with lenalidomide and obinutuzumab in treating patients with CD20 positive B-cell lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or has not responded to treatment (refractory). Chemotherapy drugs, such as CC-486, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Lenalidomide is a drug that alters the immune system and may also interfere with the development of tiny blood vessels that help support tumor growth. Therefore, in theory, it may reduce or prevent the growth of cancer cells. Obinutuzumab is a type of antibody therapy that targets and attaches to the CD20 proteins found on follicular lymphoma cells as well as some healthy blood cells. Once attached to the CD20 protein the obinutuzumab is thought to work in different ways, including by helping the immune system destroy the cancer cells and by destroying the cancer cells directly. Giving CC-486 with lenalidomide and obinutuzumab may improve response rates, quality, and duration, and minimize adverse events in patients with B-cell lymphoma.
Pevonedistat and Ibrutinib in Treating Participants With Relapsed or Refractory CLL or Non-Hodgkin...
B-Cell Prolymphocytic LeukemiaRecurrent Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia16 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of pevonedistat when given together with ibrutinib in participants with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or has stopped responding to other treatments. Pevonedistat and ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Obinutuzumab and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Previously Untreated Stage II-IV Grade 1-3a...
Ann Arbor Stage II Grade 1 Follicular LymphomaAnn Arbor Stage II Grade 2 Follicular Lymphoma11 moreThis phase II trial studies how well obinutuzumab and lenalidomide work in treating patients with previously untreated stage II-IV grade 1-3a follicular lymphoma. Immunotherapy with obinutuzumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving obinutuzumab and lenalidomide may work better in treating patients with previously untreated follicular lymphoma.
Ibrutinib and Venetoclax in Relapsed and Refractory Follicular Lymphoma
Refractory Follicular LymphomaRelapsed Follicular LymphomaThis is a phase I/II study in which patients will be enrolled in a standard 3+3 design. Once the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is determined amongst patients with relapsed or refractory grade 1-3a follicular lymphoma, there will be a 17-patient phase II study.
