Y90 Ibritumomab Tiuxetan Post R-CHOP Chemotherapy for Advanced Stage Follicular Lymphoma

Follicular Lymphoma

The primary objective of this study is to establish in a prospective phase II study the efficacy of 90Yttrium ibritumomab tiuxetan (90Y-RIT) after first line induction immuno-chemotherapy with R-CHOP in patients with high-risk advanced stage follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, as assessed by the complete response rate.

Short Term Intensified Chemo-immunotherapy in HIV-positive Patients With Burkitt Lymphoma

HIVBurkitt's Lymphoma

This is a multicenter,open-label trial to evaluate activity and safety of the investigational intensive in HIV+ patients with Burkitt's lymphoma. Experimental treatment consists of an induction phase followed by a consolidation or intensified phase according to tumor response. Until recently, the immuno-compromised state of patients with concomitant HIV/AIDS and BL was thought to limit the ability to administer intensive chemotherapeutic regimens due to infection rate. However, the advent of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) and evidence in diffuse large B-cell lymphomas that HIV-positive patients can tolerate standard chemotherapeutic regimens with improved outcomes have led investigators to treat HIV-positive patients with the same intensive chemotherapy regimens used to treat immuno-competent patients. Data suggest that these current approaches, along with supportive care, may result in improved patient outcomes, similar to those in the immuno-competent patient population.

Allogeneic Transplant in HIV Patients (BMT CTN 0903)

LeukemiaLymphoma1 more

The rationale for this trial is to demonstrate the feasibility and safety of allogeneic HCT for patients with chemotherapy-sensitive hematological malignancies and coincident HIV-infection. In particular, the trial will focus on the 100-day non-relapse mortality as an indicator of the safety of transplant in this patient population. Correlative assays will focus upon the incidence of infectious complications in this patient population, the evolution of HIV infection and immunological reconstitution. Where feasible (and when this can be accomplished without compromise of either the donor quality or the timeliness of transplantation), an attempt will be made to identify donors who are homozygotes for the delta32 mutation for CCR5.

A Study of Investigational SAR245409 in Patients With Certain Lymphoma or Leukemia

Lymphoma

Primary Objective: - To evaluate the efficacy of SAR245409 as determined by the objective response rate (ORR) in patients with 1 of following relapsed or refractory lymphoma or leukemia subtypes: mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), or diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) Secondary Objectives: To assess duration of response, progression free survival (PFS), and proportion of patients with PFS at 6 months (24 weeks) in patients with either MCL, FL, CLL/SLL or DLBCL treated with SAR245409 To evaluate the safety and tolerability of SAR245409 in patients with MCL, FL, CLL/SLL or DLBCL To further characterize the plasma pharmacokinetics (PK) of SAR245409 in patients with MCL, FL, CLL/SLL or DLBCL

Safety and Efficacy of Idelalisib in Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma

Hodgkin Lymphoma

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of idelalisib in participants with relapsed of refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL). The primary objective will be to assess the overall response rate. Eligible participants will initiate oral therapy with idelalisib at a starting dose of 150 mg twice daily. Treatment with idelalisib will continue until tumor progression or unacceptable toxicity.

A Phase II Trial of Panobinostat and Lenalidomide in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin's...

Adult Lymphocyte Depletion Hodgkin LymphomaAdult Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkin Lymphoma4 more

This phase II trial studies how well giving panobinostat together with lenalidomide works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma. Panobinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Giving panobinostat together with lenalidomide may be an effective treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma
